    That's all bullshit. Unless you're just putting up some stupid reasonings to get a reaction off some of the above people.

     

    Online isn't an issue, as neither of the PS2 games had it. Blu-Ray/DVD disc isn't an issue either, as the Playstation games were on single-layer DVD's. And finally the Katamari creator has nothing to do with this version of the game as far as I know.

     

    I think the series is overrated, and got far more praise than is deserved. Gameplay and innovation wise it's outstanding, but that initial buzz goes real quick.

    This is now out on the 27th here in PAL land. Can't wait, and I'm going to picking up that special edition version of it.

     

    A quick question for those who've played both GoW games. I've not played the first, but if I dive straight into the 2nd like I'm going to be doing in a few weeks time, would I've missed much from the first game?

     

    Like if everything is generally improved in the sequel, and it's just story that I'm missing from the first then I won't be too fussed. Just need to know whether it's worth playing through if I've completed the 2nd.

    I played the demo when that came out, and thought it was pretty good. Spec wise it doesn't require much and the game still looks really decent.......so try the demo if you're not sure on how it'll run before you buy it.

    I completed both Zelda: TP and Wario Ware: Smooth Moves today. And that's pretty much been my Easter break so far...........just playing games and doing internet things.

     

    I've got three weeks off from Uni, and two more left of that now. So I plan to finally complete Shadow of The Colossus, and to get some work done hopefully. Got tons that needs doing really, and I think two weeks will be enough to get it done at a chilled pace.

     

    All my mates back home work 9-5's up London, so I only get to see them on the odd evening in the week, and on any nights out at the weekend.

     

    Totally forgot it's Good Friday tomorrow, and just had a mate call me to say everyone's going out to drink. Kinda not in the mood to go out, but if I was told earlier I may of been. Still, got to keep up appearances back home when back from Uni, so I think I will be heading out for a few drinks.....or many.

    Finally finished the game this morning. 52hrs it took, but there's still loads the game has to offer even after finishing it.

     

    The game was amazing though, and the boss battles stand out to me as the best ever in a Zelda game. Especially loved the

    battle against Zant with the environments changing, and with it having to change tactics each time.

     

     

    Is there going to be a date or some sort of indicator where we don't have to use spoiler tags any more? As I'm pretty sure I must be one of the last around here to finish it, and open discussion about the ending and all that would be great for this thread.

    Read the first page and I'm not going to read the other three which are bound to be just going over choices. And I agreed with Conzer's comment, shit thread.

     

    If you're a real gamer you will go buy both, and if you can't make your mind up yourself then I pity you. Go back to playing brain academy or something.

    Hmmm, we drew... to a fantastic goal by Sliva... git!

     

    At least we played well and I'd say deserved a second! I've heard United were really poor... not like them at all!!!

    Missing a lot of first team defensive players, reduced to 10 men from midway through first half, and come away with a 2-1 result and then to play at home next week. Wouldn't consider that a poor performance.

     

    Chelsea couldn't of been that much better getting a 1-1 at home.

    I understand that an away goal is good for United and that 2-1 is les on aggragate.

    But is that the reason they wanted to the time to run out?

    Makes sense I think. Roma should of scored more, but now they've just gone and made it harder for themselves next week I feel.

     

    Roma deserved the win though.

    Bradley in Eastenders coped with his gingerness quite well I thought, and got himself a bit of skirt also.

     

    I've got a mate who's ginger, and we absolutely cain him about it, but he's far ahead in the insult wars we have and is usually a step ahead. Girls love him also, but that's probably because he's got a funny personality and is a decent bloke to be around.

    I'm truly expecting both formats to not actually replace DVD's really. With the DVD format secured games wise for a gen with 360/Wii/PC then nothing is going to replace that space unless the move to purely download content happens...........which is also the way I see the film biz going.

     

    Well I'm hoping anyway that it does go all download only, and that neither format becomes a necessity.

    I'm jealous of those few above who've yet to play Lylat Wars. You'll be in for such a big treat once you've downloaded it.

     

    I may consider purchasing it purely because it's a class game and for nostalgia reasons.

     

    The VC version also includes 'save states' and 480p support apparently. (480p may be NTSC version only.........????)

    Was also going to do the same the day this thread went up.........or it was a bit suspect at least. Just didn't want to deal with certain people psyching out at me for saying bad things about someone who was supposedly dead.

     

    And yes, a pathetic joke, and makes sense for a 15 year old to do such a thing.

    I felt really sorry for the younger ones of the family while watching this. I mean, they obviously know no different, as they are brought up in such a weird way that they think anything we consider normal is just wrong.

     

    They'll be missing out on so much during life as well, and especially those things that come at a young age. The girl in the Italy shirt while talking to Louis Theroux's towards the end in the car, looked like she was just about holding up conversation wise and not just totally breaking down knowing she is wasting all those moments of fun at a young age.

     

    I didn't really feel any hate for them, as the world is indeed full of a lot of weirdo's................kinda sickened me mostly with how the adults can bring their young kids out to the pickets and let them be subjected to abuse and for them to think what they are doing is totally normal.
