Smash Bros is huge as expected. Good to see Guitar hero still hanging in there.

RGB mostly gives a red signal with the US Brawl. But for some reason I get a perfectly fine RGB signal on the tv downstairs. I think it's a rare occurence though, you're better off using component if your tv supports it.

You don't need every coin in the Galaxy to get the star which makes it a bit easier, how I usually do it is go around the stage in a circle starting on the left side in the direction of the mushroom. If you get the mushroom you basically have unlimited tries.

At the beginning I did that all the time. When returning to the stage you would see me going left towards the edge then back and then left again, as if I was purposely trying to miss it. It's not as bad now, but I really must be careful not to raptor boost off which is one of my main flaws. And that little nook in Final Destination where I get stuck so often when I use my Up-B.

Once I was on Eldin Bridge with Marth in an online match and I killed myself with his Final Smash two times in a row. :p It's easier to use when you're on a stage with platforms and no walkoff edges. Spectator can get on my nerves sometimes, when I bet on someone who does nothing but taunt all the time, or on a Captain Falcon yesterday who completely sucked and misses all of his attacks. :p Once I bet on a Dedede who only used his forward smash and even won the match About the characters if you're counting Zero Suit Samus and Sheik as well, then the total is 37. You should have 35 squares on the select screen excluding random when you get them all.

It's basically a Meteor Smash which the opponent can't cancel until the hitlag wears off. Normal Meteor Smashes can be cancelled and following that recovered from earlier. Man I hate tripping, I trip at least twice a match. Why they chose to punish players for moving is hard for me to understand.

Yeah but if the recover time (hitstun) wasn't so low, it could still allow for comboing even though characters fall slower. You would still be able to chase before they recover and connect another hit before they're able to do anything about it.

Combos really go better in Melee, when playing with Falcon in Brawl I instantly noticed the difference. Your opponents fly too high up or recover from your hit too soon.

I don't think the Freeloader is the problem, because your Wii can't seem to read the Brawl disc. I assume the Freeloader still loads as normal except for the noise of course?

With it selling so well, I don't think they really need a price drop.

You can change the language to Japanese in the American version, although the voices were still mostly the same. Not in the PAL version though, except for German French etc.
