  1. Tether Recovery You know that Zero Suit Samus has a Plasma Whip, right? But you may not know that she can use it for recovery. Samus is falling! This looks bad! She uses her up special move! She just manages to latch on! Whew, that was a close one. She can retract it to bring her to the ledge. Moves like that can be pretty thrilling. And it’s not exclusive to Zero Suit Samus – other characters can do it, too!
  2. I wouldn't be surprised if they put Mii's in there. :p
  3. Yes, and if trophies are really back as well then you'll have lots of things to collect.
  4. Sheik was mentioned, together with Ganondorf.
  5. Or if you smash someone and an explosive crate appears right before you do the attack, costing you a stock. That happens to me a lot.
  6. I'm putting my money on Duke Nukem Forever.
  7. Yes, they've removed the game listing last week, and added that news flash one day after. It's probably a date, or maybe some extra waggle controls that will be added. However the game listing had a date of 30 September added two weeks ago, so that may not be it. September was also said to be the date in this interview: http://www.cubed3.com/news/7745
  8. The picture from Corruption is more like the Super Metroid layout for Tourian. It's probably a look in the future.
  9. Some information about where he comes from: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Devil_World I wasn't expecting this, but it seems like you don't want this assist to appear because it could smash you off the stage as well.
  10. I finished my replay of Prime 2 yesterday. I finally got the last two missile expansions after two hours of searching. I didn't remember correctly which one I had already gotten. Emperor Ing is one hard boss though, it took a long time to defeat him and I almost didn't make it the first time. I finally got to see the 100% ending as well, so that sets me up for Metroid Prime 3. Now just to wait till October.
  11. I'm currently stuck at the first Triti level. I just can't figure out how to stop it regenerating. I'll try again tomorrow. The bomb level really annoyed me to no end as well, I had to do it on easy to clear it. I always accidentally hit one millimeter of a panel, leading to explosion, which was really aggravating.
  12. He'll faint, and just lie there for a while.
  13. I think we'll see the Pokemon Stadium stage as tomorrow's update now.
  14. Maybe he will ride on his bike around the background. I hope this character won't be unbalanced because he looks cool to play as once in a while. I think his Final Smash might be calling all Pokemon at the same tiome for some kind of unison attack.
  15. Pokémon Trainer No way! The Pokémon Trainer has finally arrived. And it looks like he doesn’t do his fighting directly. Instead, he uses the three Pokémon with him – Squirtle, Ivysaur and Charizard – to do the fighting for him. Pokémon Change! The Pokémon Trainer watches from the background. Is… Is he issuing commands?! He needs to use his three Pokémon to fight. So the only ones who fight directly are the Pokémon. I guess you could say using this character is like playing three for the price of one! And the Pokémon Trainer uses a special move called Pokémon Change to switch between them. Down Special Move: Pokémon change Good job, Ivysaur! Come back! The returning Pokémon tags the next Pokémon. Charizard! I choose you! They swap out in a set order: Squirtle→Ivysaur→Charizard. They all share the same damage meter, so they don’t recover from damage during Pokémon Change. But they also have another stat, which you might call stamina. If you keep fighting with the same Pokémon, or if you change them out too often, it’s not so good for the Pokémon. If you want to be a good Pokémon Trainer, you’ll need to learn these kinds of ins and outs. ----------------------------------------------------------------- This is a really weird update. It looks like a good character but I hope it doesn't get annoying having to switch the Pokemon a lot.
  16. I think Nintendo will just never do this. Consoles only get the Stadium type games.
  17. I got the same scores as you, except I'm playing on Normal right now.
  18. Famitsu polls are usually filled in by the most hardcore gamers in Japan, that's why you see a lot of PS3 and even Xbox360 stuff in their lists.
  19. I thought that too at first. But after playing the first two again, and seeing some of the new videos I can say it looks a lot better than a Cube game.
  20. That was only on their online store IIRC.
  21. Same here, I can beat everyone of my friends without breaking a sweat because they never get practice. But when I can play Brawl online, I can really be challenged a bit more.
  22. I played till mission Z-2 today. I only got C grades and one B grade for the mission for practising Healing Touch. Then to my surprise I got an A grade for the first GUILT mission. I got stuck on Z-2 because I couldn't figure out how to remove that tumor. I was slashing the scalpel as told but it didn't do anything. I'll try again tomorrow. I really like the game so far though, it's pretty challenging at times too.
  23. Those will come on August 13th.
  24. Japanese retailers have listed this game with an online mode. I hope we'll get confirmation about this from Nintendo soon. Link: http://gonintendo.com/?p=22760
