...Has a solo single out. Well, another one. Considering basically every Pussycat Doll single consisted of only her voice. Anyway, it's called "Poison" and is easily RedOne's best non-Gaga work. (Which isn't saying much, but still). I have orgasms over tracks when they have that bit where they sound like they're under water for a few seconds, so consequently I'm in love with this. Gives a nice break from the constant thumping in the rest of the song.

I've got a mix of northern and southern. I refuse to completely let go of my southern accent, so constantly find myself switching depending on where I am and who I'm with. The southern accent just does things for me. I can't help but find it a total turn on.

I'm aware any thread concerning pop music will just instantly be filled with the same old grumpy comments complaining out the state of music nowadays, but what the hell. I find them fascinating. Unlike Girls Aloud, who all instantly had some kind of personality attributed to them, I know literally nothing about these women. I can't decide whether this is a positive thing, or whether it just proves how faceless pop music is nowadays, in the sense that sometimes it's now hard to even know who's singing what on the radio. I'm aware they've only basically had one song of actual note, that being the brilliant "Up", but I find them oddly promising. I do like that I couldn't see Girls Aloud singing either "Up" or "Higher" however. I'm in love with "Higher". Light, bouncy pop with a great hook.

What's it matter? (I feel like such a short post comes across as rude, but I'm genuinely asking)

I'd say he would prefer a bunch of strangers sympathy than a bunch of strangers telling him "Well, that's bad...but you brought it on yourself". However rude he came across, it's no reason to be that violent towards someone, or use homophobic slurs for that matter.

Wow. How about instead of giving reasons as to why he was attacked, how about just showing your sympathy for such a horrible thing, and leaving it at that? I hardly feel Chair is going to care whether you think it happened because the thug was provoked or not. Either way, it was completely wrong. Surely it should be left at that? Hope you're friend's doing alright.

I'm hardly a fan, but I'm sure somewhere I read a post saying he was a "shit" singer. In terms of his actual voice, that's far from the truth. Saw some video's of him a few years back when he was just known on You-tube, and he could sing damn well. (Technically, at least).

I'm guessing zero people on here will like this anyway, but I thought why not. New single from the album of the same name. I like. Sounds like the kind of song you might hear whilst driving back from some American style beach party. Not that I've ever been to one. Artwork for the album: *I may have had a glass of wine or two, but that's no excuse for me spelling "Hear" like "Here". I feel shame.

I loved the mini performance of Telephone. Made me giggle hugely. BRITNEY GLEE IS UPON US. They're doing Toxic (Reworked), Stronger, Baby One More Time (Reworked), Me Against The Music, and Slave 4 U. I'm completely in love with their reworked version of Toxic. Genuinely brilliant. Plus Stronger sounds lovely with a guys voice.

Mafia 2 has been announced! 5 screenshots have been released. Yes! The first is my favourite game ever on the PC, I cannot wait. The origional got amazing reviews on the PC but not so much on the Xbox/PS2 Coming out TBA for the PC, XBOX 360 and PS3. The game takes place in the late 1940's, early 1950's. (Some spoilers for the plot follow) Has anyone else managed to experience this at the cinema yet? Literally the strangest film I've ever seen. The most annoying couple ever manage to breed some cross-species thing, and end up treating it like some kind of child. It grows, and to hide it they have to keep it in a barn somewhere. It then manages to have sex with the husband, before changing sex, going insane and having sex with the wife. The fact I've seen it get some decent reviews is BEYOND me. Literally terrible in every way imaginable.

I adored Ellen Page in the film. For me, such a good casting choice. Anyway, brilliant film. Had me captivated throughout and the visuals were terrifyingly stunning.

...But I did. I said I feel it's going to lead to less topics than would normally appear had it been in a larger thread. So my point was in fact substantiated. I didn't just say "Omg likz I hate the new layout innit". I feel it's either going to lead to what I said previously (had you actually read what I said), or lead to the complete opposite and lead to a huge amount of new threads causing even more conversation to be missed because a new thread has quickly been pushed to a second page...somewhere I'm sure a lot of people don't venture unless they're looking for something specific. Colour me confused.

I think the lack of the 'Music' and 'Rate My...' threads is ridiculous. So much small conversation is now going to go unheard due to people feeling there's no point in creating a thread solely to start one. I got loads of little recommendations for music and film from these threads, and now that's going to be cut in half. Actually annoying.

Sorry for the delay in reply! It's working again, but not on certain browsers oddly. I use Opera and it refuses to work, however when in Internet Explorer it works perfectly. One last push. I'm still screwed money wise...but being a little less screwed would be lovely. Anyone?
