Well considering the team you support, I'd go read up on how real football is played.

Srsly Peeps has a good beginners guide that you should read and then when you get your team, we can give some advice on who to keep etc. Also, give it two seasons at least, the first one is about learning and trying so you may not win many at first, but dont give up!

I picked up at Blockbuster the other day. It got a bit repetitive by the end but most fun I've had even though not played any others! Superpowers rock.

Contracts don't necessarily mean anything other than the price to buy them out of the contract will be a lot higher

But then it wasn't like your defence was exactly weak...your goalkeeper and two of your defenders made the xpert eleven, one of whom as captain! Combine that with the fact that two of your other players also made the X11 and that you're officially the second strongest team in the Elite league, I say that's one point gained for me and you should have done better! :p

If a major investor funding the club told the players to play in pink accompanied with tutus - I doubt Arsenal fans would do anything different Ramar than complain a lot but inevitably have to allow it (e.g. Manchester United, Hull City and Cardiff now), get off that pedestal.

I'm now 14/15 exams down to be a qualified accountant
genuinely thought I'd failed at least one of last two I sat but my scores suggest otherwise. Not long to go until no more exams! -
I moaned people weren't responding to me and then didn't respond to this...oops!
Some do, eventually, some not until I contact them again about something else. One person hasn't responded to any message I've sent since September (although only sent about 3 as I did get the clue) when he moved in with his boyfriend. Sometimes I do just send crap, I know that, but there are times I genuinely need to engage with someone and get nothing.

I think iris fairly common- mainly to ensure people you are paying money to work aren't busy shagging in the stock room instead or making loveydovey eyes at each other instead of providing good customer service which is crucial for retail.
Also, when things to eventually go wrong, the friction and problems will end up affecting store atmosphere/ the team which again is not ideal for the store.
It isn't like you get fired for it...
