  1. Rocky

Watched this last night as i hadn't seen it in a while, and i can still see why it won awards back in 1978. Watching the training montage when no-one knew who Sly Stallone was back then, one of the market guys threw him an orange of which he caught and looked confused, made it look like it was staged but it wasn't. Nice story to it, which of course was written by Sly himself. 10/10 and it had a great ending to it as well.

  2. I haven't had many fights in my life, mostly because i don't like them that much. When they do happen, i never strike until i am struck myself, that way i can claim it as self defense after he has struck at me.

Last fight i had, i was punched in the face by this one lad of about 19. I shook it off, and asked him had he finished yet, of which he replied no and attemped to strike again. By that time, i had grabbed his arm in mid-swing and punched him in the face breaking his nose at the same time, also dislocated his shoulder. He never messed with me again.

  3. I bought Bon Jovi's first CD made as a group yesterday, should arrive tomorrow and shall be listening to it when i get home from work.

Also forgot to mention as well, i got 2 tickets to go and see Bon Jovi live in June as part of the Lost Highway tour which makes a stop in Bristol on 26th June.

  4. I don't really know, the thought of rotting away in a box under tonnes of earth/mud sends a chill through my spine. So does the thought of being ash in an urn. But as i will be dead (hopefully) when this happens, i wouldn't care too much.

Anyway, at the current way things are going there will most likely be no coffin burial plots left as they are filling up fast around my area, but cremation urn burial plots are plentiful.

  5. Day has been quite good today, i discovered today that figs and Jalopeno Chilli peppers don't mix well coming out.

Also work went well, learned how to do jigs (no, not a dance or attempted dance, but programming steel to be cut into an "L" shape to support the robot welding apparently). Came home and had my username changed and a new sig made, played on Assassins Creed and now browsing the net and watching Rocky.

  6. Rubbish has always been in as far as i know, i used to say it a lot of the time when i was younger as well as other non-swear words which included blinking heck and boulder-dash amongst others. These words are now "out" as it were from my area and in are all swear words really, which are nearly used in every sentence when i am out and about.

  7. I'm looking for someone to update my sig to feature my updated name as i have recently had it changed if that is possible

Simply, i would like it exactly the same as the current one just with my new name instead of the old one.

Below are some details to get going with if that is ok.

Sig Text: My username in lower right corner

Theme: What my sig currently is

    Extra Text: See current sig

    Size: 325x150

    Shape: As current

    Colour scheme: See current sig

    Fonts: As current style

    Images to use: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v640/Maxi678/Sigs%20and%20Avatars/RedDwarfShip.jpg

    Style: As current

  8. I recognise you as "the guy with the Red Dwarf sig". If I make a suggestion, have the numbers taken off your name, and have the J capitalised - makes it more memorable as a name, you see.

I may look into that, no-one has the name Jimbob on here. Who can i see about changing it to Jimbob?

  9. Waterworld

Kevin Costner stars, movie is set in a world where the ice-caps have melted and the world we know of no longer exists. A great movie, Coster plays the mariner who seems to be pissed off at all times. Good supporting actors/actresses throughout and humour in places is a little dry, but still good. 8/10

  10. Today has been good for me, had a great day in work of which much was talked about and done in ways of completing tasks. Sorted out a money transfer at lunchtime of which it makes me a little bit better off than i was.

Then came home to a nice Chicken and Chips meal, and now watching Waterworld and drinking a beer or two while chatting online to a few mates and sorting more stuff out once again.

  11. Hmm, now this is a little creepy but alas it is not for me. Normal sex is good enough for me, but you never know air sex could catch on and before long we could all be doing it like that.

  12. I think i am known, but not known in a way that people will recognize me instantly but known enough that people will know me from my avatar, name and sig. And in case anyone is interested in knowing me more, well keep watching this space.

I also hope that i will become more recognizable in the future, maybe 2008 will be the year.

And the following names below are instant recognizable whenever i come onto these here forums.

    Dante

    Stocka

    Rezourceman

    Stefkov

    Ashley

    Jordan

    Haggis

    The fish

    My buttons are magic!

  13. Day so far has been great, except the morning when people blamed me for everything that went wrong then i proved it was someone elses problem and to see them.

Morning has literatly done this <8am-----------------1:30pm> without any sense of anything. Currently eating lunchm which consists of chicken nuggets, cous-cous and jalopeno chillies (they are the hot ones)

  14. Watched all three Austin Powers movies today, here are my ratings.

Austin Powers - International Man of Mystery

The first in the trilogy starring Mike Myers as Austin Powers and Dr Evil. Pretty good movie, most of it was laugh out loud moments which i quite like in a comedy movie. Great story to it, so this gets 9/10

Austin Powers - The Spy who Shagged Me

Sequel to the original, this time Mike Myers adds Fat B*****d to his acting. Great story plot once again, with typical Dr Evil mess-ups with demands. 9/10 once again.

    Austin Powers - Goldmember

Third installment, with more laugh out loud moments than before. Set in both the 70's and millennium years and mini-me joining the good side with hilarious moments again. This gets 8/10 because it let itself down towards the end a bit but was still a great movie.

  15. Saw this yesterday as well, and three words spring to mind

    Brutal, Bloody, Violent

I've not seen a movie that plays those three words for a long time, Stallone did bring Rambo into the 21st century and bought a sense of realism to the franchise for a change. These things in the movie with killing the innocent happens in countries like Burma. I loved all the parts when the evil was killed/slaughtered by Rambo and co by weapons from present and past.
