My friend owns the game shop i was visiting him on my free day of.

for the pirates that use modchips or the ones thinking of getting one. You are better of buying a US Wii or Japan Wii this way you don't have to worry about a thing! but i can tell you this: They will find a way to detect the modchip sooner or later. and when they do say bye bye to your Wii because it will probably crash while updating! So keep it legal and buy official stuff from Nintendo and don't modchip your Wii

O crap i dint ask that >.< sorry about that -_-; although for some cases it was pretty obvious what they played more and i have to say i think the 360 has a slight upper hand at this moment.

Today i was in my regular game shop and i asked some customers what game consoles they had. of the 34 people i asked: 7 had only a Wii 3 had only a PS3 8 had only a 360 15 had the combo of Wii60 1 had all 3 consoles when i asked people what console they were about to buy almost every one that dint have a Wii said they were planing to buy a Wii when Smash comes out!! and the Wii owners were thinking of buying a 360 at the price drop or when the elite comes out. So good news for Microsoft and Nintendo. People did talk about the PS3 and were thinking of getting one but all found the price and the lack of great games enough for not getting it. if i look at this small investigation than i think the Wii is going to sell plenty of game consoles along with Brawl! The 360 will sell more as soon the price drops a bit more and VF5, Assassin Creed and PGR3 comes out. And the PS3 still gets loads of doubts although people are interested.

I like to play with friends while i can see, drink,high five or kick them while playing a game or when we take a break. playing online just doesn't give me that same feeling. especially when we go out after gaming. its kinda hart to do with my friends out of Japan and the US. I love online play. also i might call them even friends. but internet brings us also many dangers of role playing gamers. trusting online friends is a bit risky although i would love to trust every one i simply cant. but i do trust my real friends. and i guess i love to play with my friends that i really can trust see hear and kick all the time. i just want to say who are friends and who are an acquaintance.

You can ask your TV shop to get you a discount if you buy the ps3 with it! beleave me they will give you a good discount!

yeah and every one is already getting a Wii to sit aside the 360 or PS3 I guess Nintendo's formula works wonders. Nintendo is getting closer and closer to the 360 sales ^.- and that in a short time.

its not one that gets the greatest console is several. first on consoles sold: Gameboy hits nr 1 Best cartridge: SNES (oh owe now i have done it! please dont kill me over this one) Best CD based: PS2 Best Arcade: Neo-Geo wel etc etc (this is my vision of coarse. i dont say that it has to be this way for every one) i cant agree more!! well said!!!

AAAAaaahhh Dreamcast... those were the days. Dytona USA, Samba Di Amigo, Soul Calibur, Skies Of Arcadia, Fur Fighters etc etc but what Sega dint do Nintendo does. every were i look i see Nintendo commercials!!

well it depends how you look at it

^.^ may be true but i do not think so. remember when i said its the game that makes the console and not the other way around. well if you create a console that is difficult to develop for you wont get great games, at least not fast but they will take more time. also time is money developers don't like games that cost to mush! the more it costs the less risks they can take. if they would have done it the other way around Sony would have one! developers would jump on it like crazy and Nintendo would see ... well the end of an era! Sorry but leaving out buildings and surroundings saves polygons for other things. i am most convinced the 360 is more than capable of producing the same games. although thanks to some technical evances the ps3 has better textures. but that is just a bit. and if you look at the blue ray vs dvd aspect. wel its more than true blue ray wins vs dvd but microsoft can use multi game disc and there would be no more diferance the ps3 is way under priced!! and Sony makes big losses on it. but the price will go down anyway no mater when or how. why put a device in a game console if that makes it increasable pricey? its almost like Sony is showing off there technology knowledge vs Microsoft. a battle not worth to be fought over the backs of millions of gamers. and i think its fair to say when i say Sony went a bit over the top. Well its here now any way so why not enjoy it. well i don't know about you or any one else here but the first awesome game has jet to be released on it. and that finishes this with the same quote as i started it. its the games that make the console and not the console that makes the games. :wink:

Oh come on now... first off the Wii doesn't play DVD's because Nintendo doesn't want it to play DVD's but its very capable off doing so. S o why don't they you ask well it is because of the durability of the lazer (any lazer will die if it makes more burn hours). Nintendo wants us to enjoy the console as long as possible without dieing lazers. About the design of the Wii yeah it looks like a portable hard drive so what at least you can put something on top of it. also its really compact and yes the price does reflect it! The Wii is more balanced that the over powered ps3 that makes developers cry of frustration because the hard ware doesn't handle as well as they hoped it would. up to now you can barely see the deference between the PS3 and the 360. That is why developers like the 360 and the Wii more. they only like the PS3 because of the royalty's that sony gives. What takes more guts? Create a powerful console (that is done every generation up to now) or create a console that is less powerful but uses new ways of play. Talk to a bank and they will say sony shows less guts than Nintendo did! I will not say the PS3 is a better or worse console than the Wii or the 360 but at least try to stick with the facts.

yeah the cam heatsink check works pretty good and indeed my 360 died because it dint have it. still Wii60 is the way for me but i don't know if that will be the case in the future it all depends on the games because its the games that make the console and not the console that makes the game.

i cant agree more! i only play Lost Planet and PGR3 and these 2 are the only great games on the 360 at this moment (yes i do not like Gears of War) and the worrying thing is i do not see any great games coming for the 360 except for PGR4 and Halo3. but when i look at the Wii now i have Big Brain Academy and Excite Truck i have as many good games on the Wii as on the 360 only when i look at the future of the Wii i can see more games i like and want than on the 360. Mario kart, Metroid, Smash Bros, Mario galaxy and many more. conclusion. the 360 is awesome now but the Wii might be way better in the near future but this is still to be seen!

yeah unfortionaly it is. but now they know its the head sink they should have tackled it! so i think/hope this was the last time it dies on me

we need more experienced games on the wii that is one thing for shure. and also more shoters and MMORPG's

To be honest i really do not know if this is a guys wishing (that i can get in to) or if its a real rumor i just posted it in the hope you guys might have heared the same thing. i hope you understand that i just wanted to tell this here because i want this cleared out.

God i hope it is true Today i spoke to a guy who is a real fanatic Neo-Geo player and he told me that he heared a rumor that King of Fighters and some other SNK games will come to the Nintendo Wii and X-box 360. lets hope at least I really hope this is true:bowdown: . although he dint sound to shure so this is a real rumor:(
