  1. Pupils attacked by teacher

187 where samual l jackson plays the teacher is inspirational! but i think old fashion caning done by the headmaster and served as a form of medicine is ok. But emotional lashing out is not. is there any county where you teachers can cane? all the likely countries like asia seem to have very well behaved children naturally.
  2. Would These Be Ok?

is a hoover up to the job/? i mean one with a long pole.. i undertand the engine is magnetica and a bad thing
  3. Set up friendly bases in Iraq and afganisatan and you have Iran surrounded. I honestly think that is the bigger picture along with oil and israel. The stop terrorist thing just doesnt add up. It is easy to find 30 well funded islamic radicals that could do another 9/11. Remember our terrorists are british born
  4. BABY IVY IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!

it feels right to dye baby's hair red ... is that the plan?
  5. hello blender how are you?

  6. What Makes NE, NE?

i think a good comparison is nintendo official magazine forum.. they really are the dark side or maybe just a younger crowd... they even have a separate pokemon forum
  7. What Makes NE, NE?

try saying it really fast and your tongue goes in and out so fast - like a snake "what make ne ne" "what make ne ne" "what make ne ne" "what make ne ne" "what make ne ne" "what make ne ne" "what make ne ne" Seriously...try it out loud and report back when your brain explodes or yoou bite your tougue off
  8. What Makes NE, NE?

Different in the same way Jesus appeared different when he came back from the dead. I mean, even Peter did not recognise him until Jesus flashed him his wounds. So anyway... the main difference nowadays is that no one cares about zelda's timeline anymore ... and there just isnt much heated nintendo debate ... I try and get involved in the general forum but it deals with too many real issues and people get hurt.
  9. The Movie News Thread!

true... but its about being posh not logical. Polite society make barriers for the working class. only those with a proper background know the ways and manners of the posh person. It is not somthing you can read about or achieve through thinking or intelligence... its about breeding and being "proper".
  10. What Makes NE, NE?

its not like it use to be. i think they banned too many good people ... stuwii, solitanze, assofman ... also the new mods/staff are a bit "different" from the old ones. ... and don't mention the portugese! btw... i cant see this ending well if we just name the poeple we love and hate.
  11. Modern Warfare 2

the prices tumble like a drier nowadays
  12. Futurama Voices To Be Recast

the skill was creating the characters voices... now that has been done, any old impressionist can do a good job and I doubt we would notice. Its not like home and away when they replaced pippa. Its like the artists who draws the pictures thinking that any old harry can't copy their style ... the only thing that is irreplaceable is the chief-big-wig who decides if a joke (not necessarily his own) is funny enough
  13. The Movie News Thread!

it depends if you were educated at Oxford or Cambridge. We will not mention those technical colleges
  14. i dont think anyone disagrees with what you are saying. but right now (or for the last 10 months), you could have spent your time in that depressing world of job hunting or you could have written a book, traveled the world or got on the high score board for whatever game or increased your postcount. "experience" doesnt have to be a paid job. Its about riding the recession. Job hunting is the most draining thing you can do and puts you life in a frozen state. I wouldnt go on the doll as you still have to be a job hunter. People get so depressed about jobs, that they do rash things like joining the army and dying. Better to live. (of course some people have to work and even their parents want to charge them rent! )
  15. Modern Warfare 2

soon games will come with guns included... i remeber there was an old michaelmoore tvnation clip where there was a bank that gave you a shotgun for opening an account.. so why not for games... anyway seems cheap for the goggles....
  16. Weight Loss 2009

my secret for weight loss is to emigrate to a differnt country that is not america. Asia is good rice and no dairy products and a hot sun that stops you feeling hungry.
  17. The Movie News Thread!

i fear the new karate kid... but then again will smith is only in good films
  18. Go Go Gadget

    COAT !!!!
  19. seriously... bide your time and dont settle for the job you dont really want (unless of course there are pressing needs for cash e.g. a baby). If you live with mummy and daddy for ever and play pirated games when not trolling the internet, you never have to work. Once you are in a job, your ambitions and time to pursue your ambitions is seriously reduced. At the moment it is like being a farmer in the desert. Bettter to eat your seeds now and save the bare minimum for when the rain comes. I fear animal crossing and harvest moon has corrupted too many minds to materialism
  20. There is something about this whole thread that makes me really hate the army and feel less guilty for those people getting hurt on behalf of "us". I'm not sure that was the intention of the topic poster. Maybe its just people who moan endlessly without any sense of "realism"....but worse of all, its those that think that their profession is so much more deserving than anyone elses. (e.g. nurses and teachers are just as bad). (conversely, i bet the army type hate people that dont listen and wonder why they bother doing the heroics. ) I really think we should just get cheaper soldiers that smoke less and are more expendable. The whole military should just outsorce regiments to some excolonial 3rd world countries. Then economically, militarily and politcally we would all be happy.
  21. you need to watch rambo III . Remember the taliban (mujahadin) were supported by the West as was Sadam Hussein. Osama had direct CIA training. We should be fighting the causes of evil ---> CAPITALISM and ungodliness and western civilisation. We need sa biblical flood to clense this earth. If we were all farmers, we would only worry about the snakes rather than THE SNAKE
  22. i think it just makes a case for more gurkha regiments Better to die than live a coward.
  23. I Don't F*cking Believe This! Can Everyone Stop Gettin' Shot? :
  24. I thought tony blair wrote a blank cheque for the army. So this whole discussion doesnt seem warranted. It takes some time to procure helicopters and new landrovers. In that way, the armies own inefficiency is its big problem. my personla opinion is that you can have too much equipement and trust it too much. Better to know the limitations of your equipment and steer a cautious path. Remeber rambo II when all he had was a knife after all the modern technology let him down.
  25. I dont think people vote on the basis of iraq or afganistan and no party is calling to pull out?? but a few more weeks and who knows....I wonder if children grow up with an image of desert yellow soldiers. In my day, army men were always green. I'm not trying to make light of this serious subject. i think they need to replace infantry with robots. then there would be "no cost" apart from the metal (and some collaterol) and the we could have wars everywhere we felt like... and some great tv ... but really there has to be a cost and i am glad the papers are stirring this one up. the other strange thing is the number of non combat deaths... just from toughing it out in the desert the breakdown 363 deaths in iraq and afgansitan 66% hostile 19% accidents 3% friendly fire 10% other 1% Suicide surely there should be a fuss about all these acidents and "others". They are more preventable than trying to deflect bullits with fancy new body armour dare i say it but maybe they should invest in management consultants rather than helicopters .
