On o2 twitter whoever was posting said that if the contract was not in the timeframe for an upgrade then you would have to pay to cancel if you really wanted a 3GS. "To clarify, you can upgrade early if you want to, however you will ned to pay to end your contract. If you want to end your contract early, give us a call and we can explain how much that will cost."

Upgrade period is usually the last month of the contract. It seems the only solution would be to pay off the rest of the contract (monthly tariff x months left) and then pay for the new phone. If I was going to upgrade I wouldn't want to have to pay to upgrade/cancel the contract.

Been playing this for a few days. It's quite good. It reminds me of GRAW. I hear people say that they prefer no respawns but I'm unsure. It's easy for the objectives to be ignored and just wipe out the other team. Also first timers tend to get killed in the first minute of a match and maybe get the odd kill in a game of 6+ rounds. Sitting around for 5 minutes after you've been killed isn't entertaining either. Do you need a clan to be ranked?

Fifa has a manager mode. You play the games with the team but you also have the option to sim a match, the transfer window, scouting, player exp, and tactics. You also have the proper Football Manager and Championship Manager games. Played FM 06 but I would much rather have the option to play with the team.

I figured Jacob's enemy was the one that was going to have Locke killed. Locke was the only one who could request an audience with Jacob. Jacob's enemy told Richard to tell Locke to kill himself. Then he could transpose himself into Locke's body so that a) He had a human host and, more importantly, b) He could have leadship over the island people, the control of Richard and have a substantial relationship with Jacob. He mustn't have been able to kill Jacob himself, so Locke's relationship with the islanders was crutial, as he manipulated Ben to kill him. Maybe he had control over Widmore to get the ball rolling with the commando team. I guess he had to get a leader to leave the island, die, then be transported back. Perhaps Eloise is involved, telling Jack to put his fathers shoes on Locke.
