Is there any true Golf simulator in development for Wii?
gmanprime replied to ...'s topic in Nintendo Gaming
This is without a dought the least responsive and by far the worst golf game I have ever played. You tilt the controller to aim your shot(Control feals broken). After you finally get it lined up the actual swing makes no sence whatsoever, as you bring the wiimote up the monkey seems to flail the club randomly. Don't even get me started when it come to putting. -

Yeah. There are many cool arends and little contests here and there. Plus -
I saw that last night. I freaking love that show. I wonder if he really plays. He was pretending in the video. You can tell because at the end of a fight you controll the charecter's hand movments, but his and the mii's do not match up.

Spoiler-Free The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Thread

1. It took me about 52 hours to complete at a fairly relaxed but still to the point pace. I spent a couple hours fishing, and a couple hours doing errends and other things, but I am still playing. -

I give this game a 9.7. I loved the game to death and am curently trying to tie up all of the side quests. My local best buy sold out of Zelda before they did the console. -
Think genios. This is a launch title. The user base for the Wii is not up to what the N64 was when OoT was released. With more people buying the console everyday I reckon this game will be on the top of the wii charts. 75% of the people who purchased a Wii purchased Zelda along with it. That in of itself is pretty promissing for the game.

Zelda: Twilight Princess Discussion (SPOILERS: BEWARE)
gmanprime replied to EchoDesiato's topic in Nintendo Gaming
Calm down. The game will probably not take you 70 hours to complete and thats okay, it was the best 50 hours of my gaming life. I can't see how anyone could ever beat it there first time thrue in a mere 30 hours. Did they use a guide directly? I was fairly relaxed player. I spent a couple hours fishing. A little fundraising and bug catching here and there, but its true that I do have more to do. I imagine I will manage another 6 hours before it will get tedious. But don't worry about nintendo exagerating. It is really something to be expected. -

I no longer have any reason to fear this thread. Thats right, I have completed Twilight Princess. Took me 53 hours but I did it. The ending was amazing, and FUN! How am I going to stand waiting 3 years for the next one. I supose I will finish up all the side quests over the next couple of day. Then I will fish untill the end of time. Woot... -

Wow. They must have sucked at the game. Getting the creatures only takes about 20 min. each time and I found the creature hunting to be quite fun. Not to mention there is a number of fun/interesting events that are triggered on these misions. The music is fantastic and it is only subtle where is should be and powerful when they are trying to portray an epic feel. Excellent sound quality overall. I already find myself humming the themes in school. -
What a crazy night. I mean it wasn't too weird to have all my neighbors over to try the wii, but to have my dad who is usually a hard nose and thinks video games are a waist of time ask me after everyone left if he could kick my ass in a game of bowling was awesome. He had never played a single video game for more than a minute in his life, yet because he owns in real bowling he totally thwomped me with a 230. I really think Nintendo has done something spectacular with wii-sports, and could make a killing in the current non-gamer market. PS. Now I am too tired to play Zelda. Turkey day break is on for the rest of the week so I can play tomorrow morning. Gameplay over gamecase man. Gameplay over gamecase.

I know I should be exited but I have been doing this with my friends who are sony fanboys and hate nintendo for the last 2 days and have just gotten tired of it. I guess I have to play with them in a four player bowling match now so wish me luck. I got 214 earlier today. They are all going down.

I bought a wiimote seperatly and a nunchuck to go with it. After watching 10 year olds playing I can really see why they needed the wrist trap.
