Does anybody know if the loading times on the eShop version are smaller?

I will be picking it while I'm waiting for Cave Story.

I discovered an option on the 3DS where it says that we can perform a system transfer. I have a 3DS and a 3DS XL, but they are not using the same nintendo account. I want to transfer the games from my 3DS XL to my 3DS but I want to keep my 3DS nintendo account. If I use the option that I discovered above, will this be possible?

I use the same login that I use on Nintendo website.

Too bad. And about the games we can buy on the eShop, can I install them an all the 3DS or only on the 3DS were I bought it?

I'm also tempted to buy a 3DS XL bundle, but the Fire Emblem bundle. My brother's already have a 3DS and we use the same Nintendo account for all Nintendo systems. Can they play Fire Emblem on their 3DS?
