I know what you mean. Although one day I want to collect the original boxsets of my favourites just for the sake of it :P
Buying a Anime series in volumes cost way too much so I suggest you buy these "fake" boxsets or download them and watch them.
-
I don't think there is many Original Anime boxsets around.
The originals usually come in several "volumes" with 3 episodes or so on it.

Er so better than Rainbow Six Lockdown I guess?
Unless they screw up the PC version.

Locate the mspaint application in system32 then create a shortcut from that.

Use spoiler tags people..

I might get this but only if they make the card system less frustrating..

i would be happy with £40-50 to be honest without a game especially when it's used. Perhaps 70-80 quid with a few games. I'll be selling my spare one soon anyway which I don't use cos I changed to a blue DS and it was damaged anyway but it is exchangeable with Nintendo for £25. I don't expect it to go for over £50

I'm up to Ep 17 with SS good episode.
When Ers chan died yea it was sad but not as much as when Maes Hughes died in FMA. Probably cos they didn't quite set the whole feel of the series or episode for something as dramatic as that, neither the character interaction/development was that great to care about a character like her much. But Episode 17 was overall very good much better than most of the previous episodes.
And Arika looks cool when she materializes
Sorry for the editing :p got to go eat.

From what I gather Pcspecialist are cheaper and better. Though not everyone will have heard of them.

Mai Otome has gotten better. Haven't seen Mai-hime yet myself but it started a bit slow for me. Oh and that sketch of dabookerman reminds me of that captain guy off LAST EXILE.

The new Otome OP is a bit Gundam SEEDY.

Media player classic? VLC player?

I would take a 2-1 loss to Real tonight. I wouldn't mind our 03/04 "untouchable" team right now we would be favourites if we did.

Not heard great stuff about Mesh personally.. even Dell's customer support from india sounds better.

When about was the Wind Waker release date announced? I know that it wasn't in the initial Q2 elease list back in 2004.

Did anyone watch it on ITV? I did and the whole set-up was terrible. At 1 point the guy in the studio forgot what the scroe was and the American had to help him out. I wish that channel 5 would pick up the rights to it as I find their coverage of the main season is very entertaining.
As long as John Barnes doesn't present it..

He's way way past it.

You're right, it does change. And one of those twists is just like in FFX! "We can't let Yuna/Colette die; there must be some other way!", states Tidus/Lloyd. It does have enough in the middle to stop it from being a full-on clone but there are many similarities.
And just to nitpick: Any else noticed the typos? Like having colons between words instead of a space and having "[]j" at the end of a sentence instead of some other characters?
Obviously it doesn't ruin my enjoyment of the game but I've never seen it in any other game.
It's a bad translation while they had to convert and put in the several other languages for the PAL. It makes you wonder whether it's actually as simple as copying the dialogue English from the American version and whether they actually checked it for errors.

I imported FF IV and didn't find it all that good, I've almost finished it but it doesn't give me that epic feeling to it.
Your party switches far too often to like the characters or even feel any emotions when certain things happens. The storyline doesn't stand out with the likes of Chrono Trigger from the same SNES era, but it's quit well executed although all in all it's predictable. The music is great especially with some good quality headphones and graphically it's typically snes like but the game seems to experience some menu lag while you are inputting commands.
The battle system is the old classic Final Fantasy type system whereas the row your characters are in are important aswell as defending and that's about it apart from certain weapons and magic being strong and weak against certain enemies. Even though it is rather generic I really like the simplicity to the system although I would of enjoyed it more if the random battles were better especially with the amount of battles that occur and the variety of the monsters that appear. I didn't like the idea of having to level up by getting into random encounters occuring every 10 seconds or so against the same monsters countless times.
