I know, he's only had two great games in his whole career, which were way back in 2010. God knows how he was voted into the 2011 UEFA Team of the Year. No one is calling him the world's greatest player (you're talking shit), but everyone is excited by his potential. He has all the tools to develop into a truly special player - hopefully he can rise to that level over the next 3/4 years. IMO, It's only a matter of time before Barcelona sign him, which saddens me - they've been to see him 7 times this season.

Pleased with the result. We had key players out and Liverpool didn't manage to threaten us that much. Kyle was outstanding - had Bellamy on toast for the whole game. 0-0 is fair if you ask me. Not happy with Bale's dive though. Also, Suarez is still a twat.

Just a heads-up to all you Arsenal fans: I've finally put Van Persie in my fantasy team so he's pretty much guaranteed to get injured.
