Konfucius Posted November 23, 2006 Share Posted November 23, 2006 I deactivated most of the resource unfriendly mainly useless IBM Tools on my IBM Laptop. However now I can't log into any W-Lan network anymore because I can't activate my W-Lan adapter. I used to do that with the IBM tools. Went through some menus already like the Wireless Network Connection but no luck. Sure I could reactivate the tools but I'd prefer another way. Does someone know how to activate the W-LAN adapter? McPhee Posted November 26, 2006 Share Posted November 26, 2006 you might have tried this already but i usually reactivate my wireless card by going to Control Panel and clicking on Network Connections.
