david.dakota Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Has anyone on the boards had a good look at the finished hardware? One thing strikes me, looking at various pictures: there doesn't seem to be much room in the GCN Docking Bay to leave a Memory Card in without leaving your flaps open.
Tyson Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 You do have to leave it open if you have anything in the card slot or controller slot. Can't see it being a major design flaw though.
DCK Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Well, the memory cards and controllers do kind of stick out of the GameCube too, so that makes sense no?
James McGeachie Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 Honestly what would be the point of being able to shut the flap with your memory card in? You couldn't shut it with the controllers in anyway, why shut it with one in and not the other?
Tellyn Posted November 9, 2006 Posted November 9, 2006 If you're using Gamecube controllers, a WaveBird receiver or GC memory cards then you have to leave it open. Already officially confirmed.
