kiwikid Posted September 17, 2006 Share Posted September 17, 2006 Hello fellow gamers, now I'm not the most technical of people so I'll try and explain my question as simply as possible. In the near future - 6 months or so - I plan on buying a 50" Plasma screen. I want my home theatre experiences to be bigger and better than they are now on my current 29" TV. I also want to experience the Wii in large screen glory. This is where I hit a stumbling block. I've heard a friend say that games played on large screens such as plasmas and LCD tend to look blocky and not very easy on the eye. I heard that even the Xbox 360 looks blocky when played on a large screen LCD. Would I be wise to make such a purchase? HAs anyone else out there had any negative experiences playing games on large screen TVs? While I'm here I'll ask this also. I have about 25 snes and about 30 N64 games which I would ideally like to have on my Virtual console. How many games can fit on the 512MB on flash memory inside the Wii? Thanks for your help people.
