I'm not sure about the charges for people who pay by card tho - will I be charged to receive these payments? How do i know if a winning bidder will be paying by card through paypal and me charged? You get charged for all payments, doesn't matter how they send it, whether it's in their Paypal account already or coming from a credit/debit card.
