Strider Posted April 9, 2006 Share Posted April 9, 2006 OK, I had limewire a few days ago and everytime i closed it it would automatically open up again, this got on my nerves so i deleted limewire. Then i realised that my task manager wouldnt open even when i try to open it using tool bar. ive done scans using ad-aware and norton (even in safe mode) and deleted everything thats come up, yet it stilll hasnt gone away. Also ive had alot of ads since this started happening "play poker online" "winfix" and ive also had more pop-ups than a life time of pop-up pirate. so Please would any of you help me sort it out because i dont know what to. Try this program: http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/System-Tweak/Starter.shtml Codestuff Starter, you can see what programs are running currently/start up and current processes.
