CoolFunkMan Posted December 18, 2010 Posted December 18, 2010 I recently got Virgin Media in my flat, and the internet is working fine on my PC (which is running Windows 7 and conneted via ethernet.) However, I recently got a free netbook as part of the package deal I got, and it's causing me and my gf nothing but problems! I'm not sure what model the netbook is, but I do know it's running Windows XP. The issue appears to be when trying to find the IP address, and it has "limited or no conectivity". Sorry for the lack of details, but I have no idea where we can start with this. Thanks if anyone can help!
Charlie Posted December 19, 2010 Posted December 19, 2010 Did Virgin Media come with a set up CD? Copy the files to a USB stick and run it from the net book? Also try connecting th net book via Ethernet and see if that works?
