Weird monitor matchup

Hey I just cleaned out my PC reinstalled everything blaghb laghblahg.

 

Anyway, my dual screens are acting weird.

The black parts aren't shown on my screens obviously.

 

So yeah, it's not spreading across.

 

They're 20inch and 22inch.

 

Both set to the same resolution and all.

 

I have no idea why.

 

Update-to-date drivers and a NVIDIA control panel that says everything is fine.
