Banner Help

My meetup site http://www.meetup.com/DS-Birmingham/ can now be customized with wallpapers and banners. I've added a wallpaper and themed the colours to a nice blue shade but I suck at making banners.

 

Would anyone be willing to help create me a banner from this wallpaper design please?
