Trade in price promises?

So does anyone working at these "price promise" stores? Im looking mainly at gamestation.... I want to trade in rockband which is worth £70 at cex, but would rather trade it at gamestation where its only worth £50.

 

How close do these stores have to be in order for them to match the price? What sort of proof do they need, will a copy of the internet page do or does it need to be from the store?

Well just phoned gamestation in sheffield and was told that they wouldnt price match the local cex store as they had "strange" trade in prices atm.
