Myspace Layout

a band asked my to design their myspace,

 

I was searching for tutorials to make a custom layout but all I can find are these generic layout generators, any help?

 

I don't know much html/css but I suppose it isn't too hard?

addendum; basically I'm looking for a way, to get the standard layout lower, a large banner on top, and remove some unwanted boxes
