Posted November 13, 2008 Just a thread to allow for the collection of people's reviews, and thoughts of iPhone and iPod touch Apps. Just downloaded Virtual Villagers for £4.99, it's a shrunk down version of the Mac and PC games where you basically control the establishment and running of a group of castaway villagers. Almost like populous meets Black and White meets Lost in Blue (but more fun that LiB). What make's this game so addictive is that once you quit the app and go back to it hours later, the game has moved on, your villagers may have discovered a new item, had a baby or died. Truely awesome and the first game on the Appstore worth a fiver! In other news, for anyone who's at Uni or needs a good voice recorder i recommend iTalk. After paying for, and using a lot of recording apps, this seems to be the best, and it's free! Other App essentials include Twinkle (Twitter app), Galcon, iChess and Google Earth!
