Emasher Posted June 14, 2008 Posted June 14, 2008 I just got a tablet the other day and it came with Photoshop Elements 4.0 bundled with it, I already have Photoshop CS3 Extended and my sister has been kinda wanting photoshop so I installed it on her iBook. I opened up the installer entered the serial number and that was fine, It installed fine, but when its opened, I get a dialogue saying that My username or serial number hasn't been entered and it quits. No option to enter the information either. Any suggestions?
Supercube Posted June 16, 2008 Posted June 16, 2008 Sounds a bit obvious but are your two systems compatible with the software, ie, are you both in possession of Apple machines? You could always check the websites for install faqs.
Emasher Posted June 16, 2008 Author Posted June 16, 2008 Yes, I'm on a Powerbook G4 and she's on an iBook G4. I'll probably try re-installing it tonight though just to see if that does the trick. Adobe's website isn't the best for finding information so that's kinda my last resort.
