I agree with this man. My suggestion: Cel Damage for the GameCube. It was originally a Gamecube launch title, but I didn't pick it up for many years after. Its very fun, fast and furious. Basically, you control characters in their respective vehicles, and have to pretty much beat the crap out of everyone else! Your vehicles come with weapons such as Axes, rotating blades, rocket launchers and things, it's hilarious. The game also boasts some lovely cel shaded visuals. Cartoony violence at its best.
