Windows Firewall Probs!/Net Probs

Hey, when ever i try to connect Windows Fire wall a message comes up and says "Security Center can't turn on Windows Firewall".

 

Also. I just got AOL broadband with the free ps3 thingy () Trying to get Vista connected wireless. First I would get full Signal bar and connected but it would not connect to the internet. Now it says limited connected with limited access . I have got the my macbook pro connected with no probs.

 

any help?
