Deleting folders smaller than x

I know I can do this on vista but I'm running on XP right now and I can't find an easy way.

 

Basically I have a ton of folders with little files in that I don't need anymore so I'm looking for a method to search and destroy all of these in one sweep. Doing this manually would be exceptionally boring.

never mind, I remembered a neat little program called FolderSize which lets me do this. Thanks for viewing this thread.
