triforcemario
I've currently got a Radeon 9600, but I'm after a new graphics card. However, my problem is that my computer uses PCi slots instead of PCi Express slots. Which is the best graphics card avalible which is compatible with PCi slots? Guest Jordan
Oh god... Are you sure you don't even have an AGP slot? I doubt you can even buy PCI graphics cards or atleast anything above the 9600.
triforcemario
Yeah, I think I have. It's a slot bigger than the rest of the slots (and it's currently got my Radeon 9600 in it), but definatly isn't PCi express.
Bogbas
The last pci graphics card that I can remember was some geforce 4. And that was several years ago. Check the motherboard manual to see what slots you have. I don't think that there's a radeon 9600 that isn't AGP. The fastest agp cards that exists are geforce 7800(something..) and radeon x1950(something..) But those are pretty expensive and might be bottlenecked by the rest of the system. What are the other specs on the pc? (Processor, memory, power supply)
triforcemario
I've got 1GB of RAM, a Intel Pentium 4 processor at 3.02GHz, and I'm not too sure 'bout the power supply, that I'll check later.
