Yeah I agree have never liked it, shit analogue sticks for starters, the shape just doesn't fit in your hand and the N64 controller, 360 controller and cube controllers are all more egonomically designed to fit the hands, those curves make difference, imagine the nunchuk and wiimote fitting in your hands like 2 halves of the dual shock look i'm holding in the sick!!!
