  1. Good to see 3DS still getting supported. That's how you manage a platform when you are new one comes out .
  2. The 3DS lives on
  3. Done like it but I understand Nintendo not going full out. Mobile is just a minor thing for nintendo and this will make money!!!
  4. Na that HD rumble sounds dope.
  5. Lol that as well then
  6. Dude the DS4 was £55 at launch. That would be a fairer comparison. As for build quality. The DS4 isn't that good. The shoulder buttons and nobs are cheap. If you compare the two : The DS4 has clickable touch pad, basic motion control and a speaker. The switch pro controller has advanced motion control, and NFC reader and HD rumble. Is the price of £60 any more outrageous than the £55 which the DS4 pads launched at considering the tech inside?
  7. Good point. Although the switch is fine out of the box no?
  8. I wouldn't say either are right but Nintendo seem to to get in the neck a lot more. The DS4 isn't particularly well built but the platform holders can practically charge what they want as what's the alternative? 3rd party controllers are usually crap. I think battlefield may be out of the reach of the Switch. Need to know more but not sure there is enough power under the hood to get a suitable port.
  9. Yep it's just a repeat of what we saw with xb1/ps4 games. The rrp will drop by launch date.
  10. It's remarkable that the Wii U was ever green lit. The production costs alone for the gamepad should of immediately meant it was a non starter.
  11. I think the non browser thing came out weeks ago. I wouldn't be surprised. Not having things like Netflix or BBC I player would be silly. They need to improve the Netflix app though. The wii u one was shocking!!!
  12. The screen looks banging.
  13. But his defining a game simply on that city we saw. Since when does sonic have exclusive access to a city hub.
  14. Too soon to criticise the network fully as Nintendo haven't said anything so I don't see his anyone can have an finalized opinion just yet. The one game a month is despicable. I find it amazing Nintendo can honestly think that offers value regardless of how much they are charging. It's a very bizarre decision and really don't know how that idea become something that they thought would be good. The accessories I find are expensive but I really don't think these the joy cons in particular are cheap to make. There is too much tech in there so the margins Nintendo have is probably not that big. I saw on Gaf someone talking about the dock and searching online for a USB-C docks that have power and HDMI for laptops its similar price and more. The whole Mario looks like sonic is so stupid.. Really don't know why a city means sonic.
  15. Does that now mean you think the wii u gamepad is nothing but a fisher price toy in comparison?
  16. £40 for a wii u game and £60 for a switch Zelda is ridiculous but I'm expecting the RRP's to drop. Came across this on neogaf https://www.nintendoworldreport.com/...chmas-presents
  17. Maybe because it's Toshiba.
  18. Intreview with the NipponIchi Software CEO in regards to the Nintendo Switch http://www.famitsu.com/news/201701/15124851.html
  19. At a minimum they really should include the grip with extra ones people buy. It's called good will to customers. Customers who have bought these more than once already.
  20. Can someone answer this? The joycons charge when attached to the Switch. If you bought an extra pair of joycons how do you charge these? You have to buy the charging grip?
  21. Yeah when he talks about Nintendo flair I'm worried. I don't care about what else they do with the account system but as a minimum just give us games tied to the account forever.
  22. Yes it's very expensive.. All controllers are over priced. The game companies make huge margins on peripherals and none of them should be as expensive as they are.. This just looks real bad as controllers are already expensive and now Nintendo have the most expensive of them all.

    Arms

That's the key. When I first saw it I said looks mad fun and reading players opinions it really sounds a blast. Just how much content is under the hood though? SF4 sold very well. SF5 bombed after Capcom released a bare bones title with lack of single player content. Don't think they will try doing that again.
  24. So this is why the touch screens were disabled at the Switch events? Senran Kagura please. Haptic feedback and HD rumble, hell yeah.
  25. This was never mentioned. Plenty of tech in this device. Why Nintendo are not mentioning this I don't know. A direct on the horizon where they will discuss stuff like this? TouchSense, a haptic technology, will be implemented in the Switch's touchscreen http://www.digitaltrends.com/gaming/...ech-to-switch/
