    As our 41st N-E Cafe Podcast is now up, and I talked about Bad Dudes Vs Dragon Ninja as my Recent Games Topic this week, here's a complete Let's Play, with my son, of that very game.  This holds a lot of nostalgia for me, and my son found it engaging, too.

    Created a video explaining the process involved in buying a single digital game on Nintendo Switch, and being able to play that single game simultaneously on two separate Switch Units, or even simultaneously online.

    Hope this makes sense, I've really tried to explain the jargon beforehand, and then the process to follow.

    Just finished wrapping up our 41st N-E Cafe Podcast and we all have 2 weeks left before we record the PodPals episode (43) focused on The Messenger.

    So far, we have 5 different viewpoints about this game, being myself, Nick, Greg, HOT, and Drahkon.

    Is anyone else interested in playing through The Messenger, in part or totality, you've probably got enough time left to do that, and share what they thought of it?  You'll get many mentions in the podcast in two weeks time.

    I really enjoyed the way you guys did this, I carried on listening during my run where normally I’d switch over to some music. I specifically thought this is two guys I’d like to bump into in the pub at one point, so I think this was mission achieved successfully.

    One of my son's favourite levels, set in a garage, with a Jeep present.  Three Hypercores to protect in disparate locations, and the introduction of the UFO, a super tough, and fast, flying enemy.

    I brought a different approach to the Big Topic this week, so in part it was planned this way.  Normally, a lot of background research is done, with a list of topics, questions that should be answered, and a general running order in the show notes.  This week however, I thought a more easy going chat down the pub approach might be better.  So, instead of researching the competition myself, I'd just ask someone who knew more than myself, i.e. NIck.  So, yes, it was far more disorganised, but intentionally so, as an exercise to educate myself and the listeners, who might only have knowledge to how Nintendo operate, to what the competition offer as an alternative.

    Regrettably, I haven't listened to it back myself yet.  It was nice to record using a slightly different ad hoc approach though.

    Played a variety of little sessions on a variety of games recently, and one of them being GRID: Autosport.  Trying out the new addition of the online mode.

    Been busy working on The Messenger for the Podcast, so letting my son son do a few videos by himself.  The first one though is with him playing, but me narrating to explain what happens in a game of Realm Royale, and how it differentiates itself from other Battle Royale games.
