Just picked up a copy from Forbidden Planet in Belfast (@soag you get yours from here too?). The chap said they got 15 delivered in their first order and they all went within 3 days. They got a new batch delivered this morning and I was the 3rd person to ask for one today. Popular book. It's so pretty.

Increasingly looks like United are signing Zaha from Palace. Different stories running around on price ranging from 12 mil to 20 mil. One thing that seems to be constant is that if we do buy him now he will remain at Palace on loan until the end of season. Good deal for Palace. My personal thoughts are that it's a good signing if it's more near the 12 million mark. Good young talent, power, speed and skill and still very young bit like Moses was when he was there and he now seems to be coming on good at Chelsea. Zaha could do very well at United with time but his signing may spell the end for the likes of Nani though. EDIT: Oh did anyone see Ameobi's tweet today? The highlights you get on GameCenter as non-subscriber are pretty good. Was watching quite a lot last night and got myself right up to date. Android app too. As much as I love the Belfast Giants and the British Elite League, the quality in the NHL is so far ahead it's unreal. Love it.

Because the majority of the UK airports have not invested in equipment and provisions to tackle snow. Mainly because it costs a lot of money and we rarely get bad snow to make it worthwhile. The last time we really had bad snow was December 2010 so 2 years ago. They don't see it as cost effective. The countries you mention get regular snowfall so it is worth them investing in it. However, Gatwick did spent lots of money on snow ploughs, de-icers for the planes and runways after 2010 snow. And on Friday which airport happened to be one of the only southern ones that remained open? Yeah that's right Gatwick. We'll see what happens tomorrow. Heathrow have already started cancelling flights due to the predicted snowfall but Gatwick say they will remain open and operate as normal as they can. Yes there are going to be some delays but they hope to keep the flow of planes going. Gatwick have different owners to Heathrow and I bet those owners are smiling at the good press they are getting compared to Heathrow this time! EDIT: Damn that was a BORING post! Sorry. Sad news really but like many I rarely buy my stuff from HMV these days. I think the last thing I bought in HMV was a star wars ep IV movie poster and a couple of funny books for secret santa. Can't remember the last time I actually purchased a CD, DVD or game from them. Like you guys, the prices just don't compare to online prices. I always popped in there though every shopping trip for some reason. Have a browse what's on offer but then go home and order on play.com (FUCK I need to start using amazon now...). I still buy CD's you see. Don't have an iTunes account or anything like that. I must fill every available wall space with optical media. Screw digital :P

You are a crazy Gooner Emerald! :P Not a clear goal scoring opportunity..... haha. Dzeko was what 8 yards from goal and got rugby tackled by him as the ball came over. It is a pretty clear goal scoring opportunity. Terrible penalty though. Kompany's red I thought was harsh but you can see from the refs view why he gave it. Looks like he went right through him with both feet off the ground but another angle shows it as an absolute beautifully timed tackle and ball well won. Be interesting to see what the FA do if City appeal? United game. We were brilliant until they went 2 up top with Sturridge coming on. Defence then fell apart a little and were way too deep. Not sure how Welbeck got Man of the Match. He worked hard but so many wasted opportunities that he should be capitalising on and doing a lot better with. Frustrating at times and I love the guy. Still, a good 3 points and everyone coming back from injuries. Important run in now.

I still use Play.com. Actually done all my xmas shopping on there this year with no issues. Prefer it over Amazon, find their layout a bit messy... plus usually get stuff cheaper on play. Sad times. Used them since the days of when they were play247.com (13 years ago?). I have given them so much money. My first order was Mad Max trilogy box set on DVD

I have the One X which is pretty amazing apart from the battery life ¬_¬ I am on a contract with o2. 30 pound per month for 18 months. 200 mins, unlimited text and 500mb data. Had to pay about 80 quid to get the phone too. I think that is overly expensive to be honest and when that contract is up I am definitely going to be buying a phone offline (like the Nexus 4) and going with a sim only (PAYG) company like GiffGaff (http://giffgaff.com). Essentially for what I get now I could be paying 10 pound per month instead of 30 pound. As phones like Nexus 4 are cheap to buy offline now I think that makes sense. You can even set up direct debit with giffgaff so you don't have to worry about remembering to top up every month. Take a look into it and if you can buy a new phone offline relatively cheap I reckon this is a good option. Funnily enough I believe they run over the o2 network... Mobile phone companies need to wake up and start thinking about the stupidly high prices they charge customers for contracts.

I see the 16gb Nexus 10 has been back in stock on the UK play store for a few days now. No sign of the 32gb yet.....

Good fred. For me it's mainly working (screw you world), seeing my friends, pub, gaming and sleepings. On occasions it would be playing 5-a-side football, watching football, watching Ice Hockey and eating pizza. Everything else in my life either involves the internet or I multi-task with the internet. Like right now I am writing this post whilst watching the TV. I do this a lot. I am a man and we are not meant to be able to do this but I can.

I agree with my Flinkington here. Suarez missed a massive opportunity to change some peoples opinion on him. But as a striker and a team player you'll always take the goal and play until the whistle. I always play to the whistle but then I'm not a massive cheat like he is. He could have spoke to the ref and even if the ref still let it stand at least the motion would have been there. Cos it's happened to him media will no doubt jump on it. If it was Stevie G or someone the goal probably wouldn't get as much hate. I don't agree with you madDog when you say it's clear it was unintentional. Is it? I don't think so. Pah. 3 goals being scored in that match made me 30 quid anyways so I don't give two shits.
