Im not gonna sit here and say hackers are evil. If anything they're impressively intelligent, particularly these guys..... ...which makes it that much more disappointing that they did it so recklessly, with little to no regard to Sony. You know, Sony, the company that gave birth to the machine these people are obsessing over. The company that employs hundreds of people to maintain the software and network that makes the machine worth owning. What i can't believe is how much flack Sony is taking for not responding politely.

Maybe he just really really wants a Wii 2 and hes using his job to indirectly beg for one. I think whatever Nintendo does next will be far better than a ''Wii 2''

I dont think anyone is confusing pirates and hackers here. But look at the charges in the OP. Confidential Information On Computer Intent To Defraud And Obtain Value Knowing Transmission of Code Intentional and Reckless Damage And Loss Trafficking in Password Intent to Extort At least some if not all of these claims are valid, particularly the 3rd, 4th and last claims. How can any of that not be considered ''in the wrong''?

I have a Palm Pre Plus and LOVE it, but i have a feeling it will be my last smartphone. I got it with an unlimited data plan for less than i pay for broadband at home. Fair enough! But data plans are becoming ridiculous with no end in sight. To illustrate, i began a contract for $30 a month unlimited data last year. By the time my contract is up, the unlimited option will be replaced by 5GB of data for $50 or 10GB for $80 It was nice while it lasted

For simplicity's sake, i love it but they're not designed to be refilled. I got a brand called The Safe Cig. Not the edgiest name but whatever... i did my research and its apparently the best one here in the States and also the cheapest refills. I got the 'deluxe kit' which comes with 3 cigarettes, 2 USB chargers (yes, my laptop has a cigarette plugged into it) and 10 nicotine cartridges and a rather svelte case. Each cartridge is supposedly the equivalent of 2 packs. Verdict: Love this thing! The menthol medium cartridges i ordered taste fine and it delivers on the nicotine as promised. On the slight negative side, its a little heavier and longer than a real cigarette and it requires long, slow drags to activate so you cant really just puff on it like a regular cigarette. I will miss the puffing! The good definitely outweighs the bad and as of right now i think i can totally replace tobacco with it

I ordered the fake cigarette/vapor kind with the LED on the end. As entertaining as it sounds to smoke them indoors, im not planning on using them for that. I just want to completely replace the times i do smoke with these
