Welcome back to this week's Inter View and the second of the season. After a fascinating start to the Champions League season, today I welcome a former Alliance member, fellow former two-time Elite League champion, nWo winner and a side that like ourselves, currently sit with 4 points in their respective league...none other than Yellow Submarines boss, Zell himself! Great to have you on the show! Question 1) First of all Zell, congratulations on your meteoric rise to stardom. Other than the aforementioned similarities, I've been following your progress for a while now and couldn't help but see many other similarities between our climbs to success. Of course, yours has somewhat eclipsed mine but now you've tasted success, will we see you pushing for more in the immediate future or has your side peaked for the time being and if so, will this be a period of squad rebuilding? Thanks! I credit a lot of my success to emulating successful teams that have come before me and Intergalactico Stars are definitely one of those teams. I would say that the next few seasons will be a transitional period for us. At the moment I believe YS are stronger than they’ve ever been, but other teams have risen around us and will continue to get stronger. We are still far off the strength of a team like Eights United for example, but that is the level I am aiming for with YS in the long term. So in answer to your question, this will be a period of squad rebuilding. Our veteran players will slowly be replaced over the next few seasons with younger talent, laying the foundations of a stronger Yellow Submarine. My biggest challenge will be maintaining the quality of the squad while bringing through the youngsters. Having said that, I don't believe success and development are mutually exclusive. I will always try to win as many games as I can every season and I don’t believe in sacrificing results for the sake of extra DV. I believe I have every chance to win the Champions League and that is what I’ll be striving for. Question 2) Speaking of your squad, it currently consists of only 16 men, would this be your optimal number of players and do you ever experience problems with combined suspensions & injuries or do the end benefits of presumably increased DV outweigh those potential problems? I've reduced the size of my squad this season because I'm cautious about development. The uncertainty of the new Champions League format combined with facing weaker opposition than I would usually face in the Elite League, I feel there is a greater risk of weak change report. We do not play dirty football, so suspensions are not an issue. As for potential injuries, I feel we have enough cover in all positions with the exception of defence - however should we encounter injuries to our defence we will simply play more attacking football! Question 3) In the gameweek just gone we saw you drop points to last seasons Lower League winners Russian Revolution. Were you surprised by this result and could we be seeing the next rising star of N-Europe in the making? Also, how do you see the rest of your group games panning out? Looking at the tactics report, I'm not surprised at all that we didn't win. His tactics were shrewd and admittedly I was complacent. I'm disappointed in myself for underestimating Russian Revolution. They are definitely a team that are going places and their manager seems to have found a new sense of determination. Top 4 in the group is definitely not beyond them. As for the Star League, anything less than 1st place for us will be a disappointment. Winning the group isn't just about bragging rights, it's about securing a favourable draw for the knockout stages. I don't want to face Eights in the last 16! My biggest obstacle in my view is The Roger Federer Crew. They have a fantastic squad, yet they are only in their 6th season! They are certainly capable of beating anyone and could be this season's dark horses. I feel there are so many more questions I'd like to ask you but unfortunately we've reached the end of the Inter View now so as is customary I'll leave you to shoot the breeze on any final words for you to sign off on... I will sign off by saying that I am eying up Hadens Rangers for a potential match in the knockout stages. I have not forgotten about the cup final and I will be looking to get even. Epic post @Haden, LOL at Season 4! :p Greetings to all Xpert managers old and new! It is my honour to say that...FINALLY, The Inter View has come back to N-Europe! THE most electrifying man in Xpert Eleven hosting THE most electrifying segment in all of N-Europe! Last time we got a great insight into different managers' opinions, philosophies, ambitions, feuds and achievements! To kick us off for the new season we have none other than the admin extraordinaire, The Peeps of Lylat Wanderers himself. Welcome The Peeps, it's good to have you back on the show again! Well this season is certainly a season of shake ups with the changing of league formats to a Champions League styley for one time only to commemorate the existence the N-Europe leagues for 30 seasons now. Neither you or I have been here for it's entirety but it only seems appropriate to start with the following question:- Question 1) What would you like to say to commemorate this momentous occasion? The N-Euro Championship is in season 30 but this will only be my 13th season. I think this shake-up is just what the league needs for all of the teams to remain interested. I hope everyone has a good time this season and I want to see rivalries being formed! Finally, thank you to the admins that have run this league before I took over (especially haden) for keeping the league running this long and I hope to carry it on for another 30 seasons! Question 2) How do you see the Champions League format panning out? Who would say are the ones to watch and do you think we could have any shocks on the cards? I think the groups have worked out quite evenly. The Special Group is probably the toughest but in each group I think there are at least 2 teams certain to qualify with 3 or 4 teams that could snatch up the remaining spots. Each group unfortunately also has their certain losers but someone has to come last :p I think I have a good chance at 3rd or 4th in my own group... I'm not sure if we'll see any shocks in the group stages but the Star league is certainly the league I'm not so sure about making a prediction for! Question 3) Last time we spoke, you were in the Middle League looking to push for promotion, having recently experienced a squad shake up. You achieved that impressively by finishing 1st, claiming your second ever trophy and have spent the subsequent two seasons battling in the Elite League. How would you sum up your progress in that time? Has your squad developed as you'd have hoped since then and how far do you see them going in the Champions League? I was very happy to finish first in the middle league as it means I now have first place trophies for the lower two leagues with only the elite league left to claim (of course this might mess up if we don't revert back to three leagues!) but I think that is still a long way off for my team. Since then I've struggled in the elite league but it's because I realised the team I won the middle league with would never have reached the top of the elite league so further restructuring had to be done. I was happy with the team I have now but I have been blessed with an amazing youth system and recently had to sign up (yet another) a 17-5 in midfield. The team has amazing prospects for the future if I can develop them well enough but the average age is far too low and the overall skill is not good enough for the top flight. In a few seasons we will be ready again. I'm grateful for this change of format as we'll most likely be placed in the middle league for season 31 without actually having to be officially relegated haha! For the Champions League I think we will qualify for the knockouts and depending on who we face, we could get to the quarter finals if we're lucky. Any final words... None given. Thanks Peeps! The Star League will indeed be an interesting one to monitor and a difficult one to call but it all depends on which Madpool turn up and whether the Russian billionaires get their cheque book out again as to who might steal that final promotion spot! It is my unfortunate duty to report that this morning I heard back from Seahawks/Balbuzards and he is calling it quits...must be devoting all his time and efforts to the Superbowl final or something!

Damn @Haden, Your team value is now the 2nd highest of anyone's...only just below that of Eights and you're the eighth strongest team now, just below Yellow Subs in 7th. I am officially the poorest team but then I have moved up the the 2nd strongest team now and AC has slipped down to 4th...interesting stuff!

I'll take part in the cup! The Mattitude has lost his way and is forgetting to log in even after bi-weekly reminder texts. I stopped bothering since before Xmas as his season was a lost cause by then anyway but will try again once the change report is in and see if he wants to do the cup while I'm at in. Will report back...

I'll do interviews again next season! Wanted to give it a few seasons before I did it again to wait for a more topics of conversation to arise as I found I was running out of things to ask people and didn't want it to become too samey!

But then it wasn't like your defence was exactly weak...your goalkeeper and two of your defenders made the xpert eleven, one of whom as captain! Combine that with the fact that two of your other players also made the X11 and that you're officially the second strongest team in the Elite league, I say that's one point gained for me and you should have done better! :p

Oh she was a fan alright and it was in fact her who blocked the transfer of Mark Undertaker from Intergalactico Stars to Hadens Rangers. Needless to say, the deadman found out and wasn't happy, hence the above...no doubt it was a tombstone piledriver that put her 6 feet under! :p
