Yeh, my friend in Game says that they get tired of chavs ghanging around all day in the shop. I bet the Samsung looks lovely! But I PERSONALLY wouldn't bother with anything below a 26", because a standard def at 23" is pretty sharp as it is, due to the size of the pixels on screen. There's a reason you don't get small HD TVs.

You're NOT gonna get anything near good for £500. Honestly. If you find one for that much, I guarantee that it'll have shit contrast and a terrible refresh rate. They're still selling the Samsung for the original price. The Panasonic one has been reduced because Panasonic have a new range coming out, and this lot have been discontinued.

Just got my HDTV! I had decided I was gonna get the Samsung one, but was recommended the Panasonic TX 26LXD1 over it. Read a load of reviews - apparently it's got far superior visual quality. Lucky me, Currys have slashed the price from £999 to £699! With a little bit of staff discount, I got it for £629! Lovely stuff

Do you have to use the PGR100 gamerpicture for your profile? Or is it enough to have just downloaded it. It doesn't say anything about USING it on xbox.com. Finished King Kong today! The New York stuff was rubbish! The few areas just before that though, ie the last few island levels were brilliant! Did anyone else find the character model of that woman (Ann?) really frightening? Especially at the beginning when she's staring down at you... Horrible. Her face is all mongy.

Hmmm, gonna check out DOA tomorrow and see if I want to get it. Been playing through King Kong at the moment! Some bits are pretty awful, but some of the stages are really quite cool! The bit with all the brontosauruses and you're running between them is great! Still, graphics aren't as flashy as I originally thought, and there's PLENTY of slowdown now and again. Still, worth it for £25 new!

NO. Kameo is one pf the most frustrating games I've played in recent years. It's fantastic, but some of the enemies and bosses are MUCHO frustrating.

But SOME people don't want it for the gamerpoints...? I remember when I first played the 360 demo pod. I played COD2 and Kameo and was brutally disappointed with the graphics of them both. I realise now that they are quite lovely, and that I was expecting too much, but at the time, it was being REALLY hyped. It wasn't until I played the Kong demo, with it's lovely lighting and bump maps that I though WOW, I really want one...

Finally just finished Kameo (i've been busy on PGR3 and COD2 recently). The ending is great! Unfortunately, it's followed by the worst credits in the world! They look like they were done on Powerpoint. I honestly can't be bothered to get all the fruit things. But seeing as I missed out on an achevement (the FREED 'someone-or-other' one) because my Live connection was off at the time, I wonder if I play throught that mission again, I'll get it that time.

I'll be getting Revenge because I didn't get it on the last-gen consoles.

Why don't you two have a nice Live Deathmatch to sort it all out. The only question is - Halo 2 o PDZ?
