Hmm... I just looked on Gamespot and it says that the sony confrence is 10 hours away, so I added 10 hours to the current time (13:40) and the result is 12AM! Or have I made a mistake?

So the confrence is tonight, 10pm UK time?

Hello, I've been working on designing a nintendo revolution website now, for awhile. And i'm just wandering what you think of it. At the moment I only have the layout/design sorted out, so there is content yet. Please tell me what you think, and if your intrested in helping out, like reporting news, doing reviews, etc... Yes, I also had that idea about reviewing virtual console games. If you look at the navigation menu, you will see that there is a Virtual Console link. About the design; Improvments definently need to be made, I may even buy a domain name. That reminds me, can anybody tell me where I could buy a domain name (only the domain name itself/ no hosting) for a reasonable price? I've heard Domain Monger is good, and Godaddy. And what's a good place for hosting too? The Forums definently need skinning, and i'll do that soon (when I can be arsed basicly ). The main reason why I am making this website, isn't because I want to make a super popular Nintendo website. But because I want to improve my skills in webdesign. I desperatly(sp?) need to learn a scripting language (I have php in mind atm). So basicly the idea of this site is to improve my skills, but also have fun running a Nintendo site at the same time. So even if it does fail missrably, hopefully I will still learn from the experiance. And Ash, sorry for advertising. - I'll try and make a decent ad banner for my signature and advertise that way. If Nintendo was to go the same way as the competition, then in my opinion it would of sold even worse than Gamecube. If you don't like Revolution then fine. I think PS3 or Xbox360 might be the better choice for you.

When did I state that people are just gonna buy a Revolution? You might be right, Revolution might be the shitest Nintendo console ever. But at the moment I know as much as everyone else, which isn't a lot. So i'm remaining open-minded about things. The main thing we know about Revolution is that it will use a TV remote style controller. But that tells us fuck all about the games. For now this argument is pointless, because you'll just keep stating that all games will be in 1st person view. And even if they are, doesn't neccessarily mean they will be bad. And even if Nintendo did comeout with a traditional control pad I wouldn't be intrested in it, because it's just the same old shit. We will see who is right on May 9th. - Which is of course me! Out of the DS and PSP, everyone calls the DS the Gimmick. But that isn't true. The PSP is the more gimmicky one (I know this because I own one). Lets have a look at what makes PSP so gimmicky shall we... 1. UMD Movies: Great! One problem, DVD's are better, and UMD Movies have less content on the disc. 2. PSP games. - Most of them are medicore, and the UMD format = load times = Bad for handheld gaming. 3. The abbility to transfer download movies to your psp. Sounds great doesn't it? Trust me, it's not. All of our movies have to be converted to MP4 format, also your own movies have a lower quality/resolution than actual UMD videos. It can also take awhile to conert your movies (depending on how big they are). I suppose if you've got a 1.5 psp things are a little better because some apps allow you to use other formats (in other words you don't have to convert it). But IMO PSP is the gimmicky handheld. By the way, notice how I said IMO , which means what i'm saying is my personnal opinion, not fact.
