I don't have the command map pack, but do have RAAM's Shadow. I could perhaps be part of a team for those Horde/Beast Achievements if you can gather a few more people?

Had the limited edition delivered today, and put a couple of hours into it. I really like it, perfect for sinking 20 hours into before Mass Effect and SFxT drop next week.

Crystal Ring Shield got nerfed in the recent patch, also the fog ring now allows lock on. Wikidsouls is your friend. To get the most out of the game, as various NPC's and Covenents only appear after a very specific set of events you need to engineer.

Got a couple more trophies to go for the Platinum. I'm finding the Thieves Guild quest line mind numbingly boring. Especially the loading times between areas. Also, Dark Souls.

Unch nubs - put this in your PS3 instead for a bit. The new maps are fantastic. Wake Island being a particularly good rendition.

So, Santa left me an iPad under the tree for Christmas. I'm starting to get into the gaming - GTA3, Infinity Blade, Real Racing, 9mm, Sword and Sworcery, are fantastic games and shows how far the iOS gaming scene has come. Add me on Game Centre = Shoto-Mat

Mine did the system restore thing a couple of times whilst playing Skyrim. So just thought it was down to that game....................then it took an arrow etc.

Dark Souls is indeed amazing, and my personal GOTY. If your into it, the PvP is much more developed than Demon's Souls. With the covenants bringing some diversity and depth. 130 hours and still not finished with it. Got a couple more trophies to get and gotta keep those Blades of the Darkmoon Covenant in check!

100 Hours in, and this game still has me hooked. 80% of the Trophies and just finishing up New Game+. The unique weapon trophy is going to be time consuming. Also, the slabs for weapon ascension are going to take time to aquire, not quite the farm fest Demon's Souls was though. I've had Arkham City and Battlefield 3 delivered and barely touched, I also need to start the Deus Ex DLC, but I just can't seem to take the DS disc out! Maybe Uncharted 3 can pull me away? (I still want to get into the multiplayer, I enjoyed what little I played, and prefer it to BF3).

If you are in the swamp right at the bottom of Blighttown, then you aren't far from the boss. Presumably you are at the bonfire in the tunnel, I would suggest returning to human form if you have some humanity. Then wait for the black phantom to invade (drops a nice weapon), you can then summon her to fight the boss making it much easier.

Got to the last boss last night, but couldn't defeat him. I'm away on a course for the next few days so going to get withdrawal symptoms. I want to finish it before Batman comes this week, then will go back for New Game+, New Game++ New Game+++ etc... Need to get the Platinum to match my Demon's Souls one.

The multiplayer is much more developed in this compared to Demon's Souls. I spent 2 hours yesterday with the cat's ring on getting summoned to invade non-covenant players who dare to enter Darkroot Garden area. I'm now in The Book of the Guilty..... Awesome.

Ha Ha. I plumped to do the Blighttown first anyhow. Made some good progress last night, managed to get Black Phantom Miralda to invade in the swamp - who drops an awesome weapon that I won't spoil, but also she can then be summoned to fight the boss. Also, when you ring the second bell, make sure you explore the area below, without giving too much away, there's a secret wall that reveals an interesting NPC. For me, I find consulting DarkSoulsWiki is invaluable for getting the most out of this game. I don't use any of the guides, just information on the more obtuse items that you would never aquire without someone telling you how.
