    DLC is a fun short distraction. To be honest, I just wanted to give more money for thanks for Automata. It really is one of those games

    @Rummy I am generally around at that time so if I’m online, hit me up with a request.

    Did last weeks prestige nightfall yesterday, and actually enjoyed the level of challenge. Made me want more.

    It’s. real shame there isn’t something akin to prisoner of elders that is properly randomised and a rewarding challenge. That’s all this game needs really.

    Ahhh, was about to say jump in with me and Psychick but I see you guys have managed to get together! I think communication around destiny has got a bit fractured with here, psn, destiny app and personal comms too! We didn't manage it; let me know how you get on!

    As [mention=8946]milagi[/mention] said, it was no problem. With the modifiers, it was running the risk of actually being fun!

    I didn't. Others apparently started the raid last Friday.

     

    I'll resort to Guided Games soon unless someone here is willing to put some effort into organizing a blind raid.

     

     

    I’ll be honest, I’m not sure I’m having fun doing the raid blind. Some bits yes, but usually when we finally figure it out and that’s after having sunk hours, literally. Im too old to be spending that amount of time with no progress lol.

     

    And now we have to continue from where we left off today rather than doing something else fun.

     

    I think I enjoy receiving rewards rather than guessing what the developers are expecting us to work through.

     

    The wonderment and setting of the raid is literally awesome though. Great overall world design from what I have seen so far

    A few new bits of news.
    Firstly, the amount of people allowed into a town has gone from 4 up to 16! This is a massive improvement and one that has been needed ever since they scaled back the town hub from 8 people on the PS2 to 4 on the PSP/Wii/3DS versions.
    Secondly, if you want to revert your weapon back to its previous form you will now get materials back when doing this.
    Lastly, it seems that charms can now be created and upgraded using materials. Rather than relying on the RNG to spit out a decent one, you will now be able to create the type you want from scratch and then upgrade it to how you want it.
     
     
     

    Excellent quality of life improvements. There is enough content in these games to not artificially stretch it out

    Yeah, I know there are more than 6 people wanting to play. I was just trying to clarify what was going on as we had people in both groups that were posted.
    You don't have to tell me about people being forgotten about. I had two small sessions on the first Destiny on Raid with N-E people and both times I was just used as a back up player so the group could progress further and then kicked to the curb once the original person came back. I ended up doing the Raid with a group of random people who just happened to send me a message while I was in the tower. 


    Yeah that's shitty. I was also a back up at times and had some truly awful experiences with randoms, despite being in a clan and declining invites to clans where I had a good experience. I didn't get to do the last raid of destiny 1 either and really don't want a repeat of last time.

    I don't know if we should have more static teams to avoid 'poaching' or just have a first come first serve approach but maybe clarifying 1 way to sort out raid groups which all players have access to for clarity and fairness would be a good start like using the destiny app clan chat for example.

    Not to sound like a dick but there is more than 6 players in the clan that want to raid, but some people are sometimes forgotten about and it shouldn't be up to one person to sort all the groups.

    We had an issue with people being left out I. Destiny 1 and I really want to avoid that happening so I'm happy to sort out a regular second party for those that don't fit into the initial group.

    Yeah, I remember having some brief fun with it, but the language barrier was too great. Can't remember with who I was playing, probably at the very least [mention=3300]Deathjam[/mention].
    It's a shame, if they were to release this in Europe, even now, I'd still give it a go, and it'll still probably be a lot of fun with a gang of NE people.


    Haha every time this gets a new bump, despite knowing I shouldn't l, I still hope. Ah well maybe we can hope for a pso3 worldwide release or something.

    I am around with a +1. Not been on this week yet but I'm lvl 271. [mention=3300]Deathjam[/mention] What level are you at?
    Could try it tonight potentially. Whatever is easy 


    I'm at level 268. I have a bunch of powerful gear to collect and I still haven't done the nightfall but I'm saving those for a higher light level.
    I'm off work till Monday so im getting my grind on and free for a raid whenever.

    Quite the opposite. Games look noticeably better and everything performs more efficiently. Personally I pick the options that boost performance most but 4k games are damn pretty. Even my girlfriend who doesn't care much for tech is impressed and can see the difference. 

    I wouldn't recommend it to everyone but it you already have a 4k tv and spot a deal that wont ruin your savings then I say go for it. I think expansive 3d games like Horizon: Zero Dawn and the future monster hunter will really benefit from it.

    So apparently I don't want to save money anymore: Bought a new LG OLED TV because its the 2016 model and it's fast going out of stock everywhere with the availability of the way too expensive 2017 models. Anyways, because of that I had to get a ps4 pro (14 day return policy on the tv so need to make sure the high end stuff works as expected). So now I have to go through my old ps4 library and delete all the games I don't play (and will most likely never play to be honest). 

    I want to transfer everything over from the old to the new PS4 via the Ethernet transfer method. I have managed to whittle down my current installation of games to 1.02TB in my 2TB hard drive.

    Have any of you guys been through this process? How was it? Does it transfer everything across?

    How much actual space do you have available out of the 1TB drive?

    Is the drive fast or should I replace it with my old 2TB drive? The Ps4 pro drive is faster than the base ps4 drive while my 2TB drive felt slower than the base version.

    Tearblaster still the best weapon in the game, shortly followed by the tear blasting arrows.

    Abuse them like crazy. They will carry you to end game.
