  1. I've started it on the hardest setting (kill some more achievments in one go), minions are pretty easy but some of the bosses can be tricky, making use of the quick dash is essential.

I'm a bit stuck on the first dungeon, can't find damn switch but boy does it bring back memories of Zelda.

  2. Yeh probably cos they're still arguing over the villain, with Raimi wanting Vulture and Sony wanting Black Cat and someone else.

In other news Avatar is still cha cha chinging it's way into new records.

James Cameron’s game-changing epic has just become the third biggest movie of all time, easing past Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest.

That movie pulled in $1.066 billion by the end of its 154-day theatrical release cycle. Avatar, in only its nineteenth day, has $1.098 billion in the bank. And, sometime in the next 48 hours, it’ll overtake The Lord Of The Rings: The Return Of The King’s $1.191 billion haul to become the second biggest movie of all time.

  4. Yeah this is the sort of game that on the surface looks like a GoW/DMC/Dante's Inferno type game.

But as the reviews state it's a grander adventure game, free roaming with dungeons and an overworld ala Zelda.

  5. I agree with Shorty, special aditions aren't worth the extra cash, the game itself is what you actually want (and waiting for) and is the only thing I'll be spending my money on.

These trinkets are pointless you could use the left over money for more games etc.

  6. the brief time I have played online has just been frustrating so I'd just be signing up to blood-pressure.

In pretty much every FPS I've played I don't get pissed off when I'm killed, but in CoD I feel violated. I always think I should be doing better when playing it so it's best not to even start and just move onto stuff that will actually be fun.

Man up and grow some balls.

  7. The demo is up on PSN and Xbox Live.

I just played through it and if you're a fan of God of War then well... this is basically God of War. The giant scythe isn't qutie as satisfying to use as Kratos' whip thingys though.

  8. I do like third person combat/adventure games though...just don't see what is sooooooooo great about this that its getting all these great scores...

I'm in the same boat, but I'm more than happy to play through it and have my mind changed, you should do the same! ;)

  9. Yeah I agree, it's been a while since I've played it but towards the end of the game it gets especially fps-y, pretty much becomes a gunfest.A worthy sequel though and does tie up loose ends left from the first. Absolutely loved the atmosphere.

    Multiplayer's a bit lame though.

Totally agree on the RE situation, Dead Space got it right I think (and so do alot of the other guys on here).
