If you're using a PAL console, then no, as it doesn't support it. And if that Scart input supports RGB then that's already better than the S-Video anyway.

I'm jealous of those few above who've yet to play Lylat Wars. You'll be in for such a big treat once you've downloaded it. I may consider purchasing it purely because it's a class game and for nostalgia reasons. The VC version also includes 'save states' and 480p support apparently. Was also going to do the same the day this thread went up.........or it was a bit suspect at least. Just didn't want to deal with certain people psyching out at me for saying bad things about someone who was supposedly dead. I felt really sorry for the younger ones of the family while watching this. I mean, they obviously know no different, as they are brought up in such a weird way that they think anything we consider normal is just wrong. They'll be missing out on so much during life as well, and especially those things that come at a young age. The girl in the Italy shirt while talking to Louis Theroux's towards the end in the car, looked like she was just about holding up conversation wise and not just totally breaking down knowing she is wasting all those moments of fun at a young age. I didn't really feel any hate for them, as the world is indeed full of a lot of weirdo's................kinda sickened me mostly with how the adults can bring their young kids out to the pickets and let them be subjected to abuse and for them to think what they are doing is totally normal.

Two of the scan images aren't showing for some reason. But from the one I can see it looks colourful (don't have a clue as to what's going on though).

Not sure if you'll come back to this thread, as your reply was a while ago, but check out this link below. I found it really helpful as it includes videos with voice-over covering what's being shown. Result is below. (non smoothed, then smoothed model). Over Easter break we've got to create a basic model of our own character from our own concepts, and then when we come back we'll be taking it into Z Brush and sculpting it to above 1M polys. Looking forward to it.

Looks really nice. And a lot better than I was expecting, and I'm even yet to watch the 720p version (currently downloading). Alan Wake doesn't exactly include streets buzzing with cars and loads of separate activities for NPC's. Unfair comparison.

What Pixel Shader version does that card support, as that games needs support of version 2.0.

Sorry, didn't see your comment until now. But I did search to see if any other places were selling it from the UK, but didn't look like it. But these guys ship to the UK, so not all is lost. Good price as well. Might consider one in the future. Will just have to see what my set-up is like next year when I move out of halls.

What's the make of the mobo and the new ram you're putting in it? Might possibly be compatibility problems, as sometimes there's cases of certain ram not working with certain mobo's.

Only just finished watching it now. Was excellent, and I'm now annoyed that it won't be on each week now............suppose that shows how much I've enjoyed it since it started. Does anyone know if there's a listing of music tracks for each episode anyway? As some of the music on the series is really quite good. Edit - Don't worry, found it.
