Don't know if it's been posted already, but apparently it's been under development since E3 last year under the codename "Project Bedtime Story". This is according to a NiGHTs fansite which apparently has known about the game for quite a while. I don't see why I should doubt it. It also has alot of information about early development plans. It's all pretty nice stuff. Edit: Okay, there's a shit load of information about gameplay there, I never noticed.

What I really find annoying is the way you're not just saying "I thought it was crap" you're actually claiming that it is fact. So now if you're not doing it to provoke some kind of reaction you're just a moron. Anyway, I'd assume that the game has been in planning and development since they were shown the Wii style. There was alot of "confirmations" of Wii Nights in it's early stages, and Yuji Naka would know way let the game image be harmed.

So basically, you lied about playing it and are trying to cause controversy. You're attention seeking. You'd make a damn good character in Clueless, that's for sure. And if you're wondering why I believe you're lying, Sega Saturn emulation is a bitch to do, and someone of your clearly limited intelligence could achieve no such feet.

The thought of playing Nights with the analogue controller gets me all giddy. Sadly, I've not had the opportunity. I still enjoy it without it though. Thoroughly. ZeldaFreak just wants to cause controversy, the shlag.

At some point somewhere, they said that they weren't planning to put any other third party characters in Smash Bros, and the only reason Snake is in is because Kojima begged for him to be in Melee, but didn't get in, and the new lead guy seems kinda loose about the whole project. And I just really don't like the idea of Sonic in Smash Bros. Youtube would be flooded by kids with "OMG sonic or mario who winz?" videos. As if the sprite fights aren't enough. Also, giving NiGHTs and Sonic places in the game open up the field for more crappy characters that look cheap in-game. I guess all the horrible fake "SSBB New Charcter Menu" with a thousand crapy obscure characters in it have really put me off the idea.

We're not going to see Sonic or Nights in Smash Bros. Firstly, Sonic would be gay in Smash Bros. And NiGHTs lack the ability to walk.

I don't see why it shouldn't be real. You can only go so far in a restrictive timeline like Zelda's pre-technology world.
