    Hey, just been reading the thread, don't live your life in fear of this bloke, seriously. I, like someone else said on here, had a bit of a big mouth at school which was like 6 or 7 years ago now, and last week I went to a pub in another town about 15 miles away and ffs someone recognised me and started giving it mouth. Not like I care these days, I have grown up enough to handle myself if I need to, but these horrible chavs will hold a grudge, get it sorted out now, don't let him think he can bully you forever, just give him a black eye and be done with it.

    You really need access to the MSDN Library, which, if this is Uni work, you should be able to get access to somehow, here is a section lifted from MSDN 2005 (a basic if-else statement):

     

    if (condition)

    statement1

    [else

    statement2]

     

    Arguments

     

    condition

    Required. A Boolean expression. If condition is null or undefined, condition is treated as false.

     

    statement1

    Optional. The statement to be executed if condition is true. Can be a compound statement.

     

    statement2

    Optional. The statement to be executed if condition is false. Can be a compound statement.

     

    Remarks

     

    It is generally good practice to enclose statement1 and statement2 in braces ({}) for clarity and to avoid inadvertent errors.

    All that remains, whispers, goes perfectly with some PVP in Alterac Valley in world of warcraft, also drowning pool, bodies I find my self singing "when the allys hit the floor, when the allys hit the floor" etc.

     

    Also I always thought that Halo by Soil would have been the perfect soundtrack for Halo. Maybe M$ should use it for the sound track to the movie! ::shrug:

    I quite like bowling for soup. I stumbled into them at Leeds festival 2001 and had a nice chat about bitter.

    Just to make my point a little clearer, this thread should be re-named "Point out something about the last person to post". The whole point in the thread, is not to arse kiss the last person to post but to post if you know them and want to say something nice.

    I can see the attraction, I just wouldn't want to live there myself, it would be somewhere I would want to go on a long holiday and enjoy everything but not over do it.

     

    They get some real nasty treatment from mother nature there too, that's one thing I love about this country, the weather is so tame, nothing scary.

     

    Going back to things to do in England, there are lots of things to do, how many times you been to London Zoo or Alton Towers, etc etc.

    That all looks great if you want to visit the place, but I couldn't see any reason to live there unless you worked there. All those things will become the 'norm' eventually. I mean how many times are you likely to visit the food museum or the ghibli museum.

    Pah 2006 was a pile of shit as far as I'm concerned. I had to go back to uni after my year placement (more work and pretty much no money), split up with my girlfriend, which I'm still gutted about and I can't think of any one point in this year that sticks out as actually being good.

     

    Roll on 2007 when (assuming I actually graduate) I will be earning enough money to finally get all the stuff I have been missing out on since I started uni nearly 5 years ago and crack on with my career!

    The old one was better, not that I get either anymore. I got a subscription to NGamer for a free wavebird and cancelled it once I got my controller, but have been getting the magazine ever since anyway :indeed:
