Hey - its good that you can talk to us. I'm sure no one on here minds if you post your feeling or whatnot, its good to vent them out - and most people will lend an ear. Try visit a doctor, mental health care has improved a lot when it comes to depression recently. Don't be afraid to try medication if that's what the doctor recommends - they don't zombie you out or anything, just help you get over the worst while your body does the rest. They might recommend you see a councillor, etc which will do you great! Probably my uni work... a few hundred/thousand hours of my life went into that! Then maybe my wallet in it as getting replacement cards = hassle. Then if I had time my mobile (again, hassle to replace) and maybe my boxfile of records/tax forms, etc. Everything else is replaceable/insurable.

Meh, couldn't care less. The man was a great leader.

I get less than that. As long as you're not a complete goon and blow loads a week (like me!) then you'll be alright. If you want luxeries like games and consoles and shit then you'll need to look to Natwest and get an overdraft or work. I wore a suit, but it depends on the course I reckon. More arty courses won't expect you to look especially smart, more formal ones will. It depends on how many hours you're course is. I don't have any time for a job so I just sit back on the loan/overdraft combo, see what its like after a few weeks of uni to see if you'll cope..

York is a pretty renown uni.. shame its typical 60s decor - but what can you do?! And like someone above said - its to do with the amount of places they have left. My year was freakish in the fact that a lot of people with places accepted ones at other unis, so instead of needing AAB people got in with ABB. Hull's cool too. Don't knock it until you try

I tend to live like I did in the summer when I was working full time. 2) Student loan. 3) I try to shift £800 per term into my savings as my 'rents paid my rent this year as a one off gift from selling their shares.. 4) Change jar 5) Around 14k after two years of uni.. I'm expecting to hit the 35/40k barrier by the time I qualify though! 6) Haha.

There's a link between piercings and Hepatitis. If they use an unclean needle then you can get the Hep - its very contagious. I'm guessing its a safety precaution. Its all down to risk. The country is short of blood, and the NBS have deemed it too risky to accept blood off these individuals. I'm sure if they wanted to take it they would.

I'll drink pretty much anything when it comes to alcohol. Except tequila and/or anything made by Bulmers - rough shit. Saying that, I think I've started to drink less. Can't stand the hangovers anymore, or the dent in the bank account.

Already signed up, its horrible when you see people on the kidney ward hooked up to dialysis machines needinga kidney and there isn't one to spare. Especially sad when its their last dialysis point and its starting to fail on them.. I'm not going to need them when I'm dead, and if over 8 people get a new chance at life when I'm gone.. I'll be happy with that.
