Fucking kidneys.. Yes, a -very- valuable organ as without them we wouldn't piss, excrete drugs, maintain our acid/bade balance, rid ourselves of waste, etc.. but they ruin my fucking weekends! Had to learn the anatomy, histology and the physiology of how they make piss; how and which hormones effect them; the pathology of a few nephropathies and renal failure. The Tories do have some excellent policies, however - the NHS isn't safe with the Tories, nor are the benefits tat people get in this country, Its all very well and good for the more affluent forumites, but for the working class - life would be harder. The Tories fucked up well and good this country in the 80s - wouldn't want that again. Never trust them!

Yeah, thousands die every day yet no one remembers them. Its the media's representation events that shift everyone's focus. They should really start to drop it and begin to move onwards from it, rather then dwell in the past. Plus, its not like the US are all saintly; they've lead to thousands of innocents being killed - Guatamala, Bay of Pigs, El Salvador etc. Not to mention the "free" trade agreements that shaft the third world and leave thousands facing poverty.

Maybe a few are. Most are not. The Army won't accept masses of scrotes off the streets, it just wouldn't work.

The Army doesn't want wasters like that though. There's no real solution to them, bar killing them or shipping them off to the Shetlands. Zero Tolerance is scary as everyone breaks the law at some point in the day. Whether is be downloading a track, doing 35 in a 30 zone or being drunk in a pub (yes, illegal). Its a great idea in principle but practically its a no-brainer. The better solution to crime would be more money on policing, and longer sentences with real rehab programmes and education to get kids out of crime in the first place. However, you're still going to get criminals.. Personally I'd like to see the Human Rights Act amended - I think that criminals should be property of the state and should be made to see what the state see fit, i.e digging some canals/railways/roads or tending to old ladies' gardens in chain gangs - but I doubt we'll see the day!
