I personaly can't wait for this album! Trivium's Ascendancy was amazing imo and this is looking brilliant so far, I'm really looking forward to hearing the title track! Matt Heafy's new vocal style works well, too bad the screaming's gone though.

I'm gonna have to rate Black Holes & Revelations too, as it's pretty much all I've been listening to these past few weeks. Black Holes and Revelations When Supermassive Black Hole was first unleashed to the world, my inital thought was what the hell? This album was clearly going to be a lot different to Absolution. Though Muse choose a new direction with each release, so this wasn't too shocking. I grew to love the song to the point where I couldn't stop listening to it. Black Holes and Revelations is, to simply put it, pure musical genious. Every single track has it's own unique style, making this a very diverse range of music. However, because of clever pacing and careful consideration, it still holds up as a true album rather than just a collection of songs. Most of these songs are instant classics, memorable in thier own right. The highly atmospheric electro pop of Map of the Problematique, the mighty metal-esque Assassin, the epic western Knights of Cydonia - this album truly does have it all. Highlighting those tracks is merely scratching the surface of what is an exploration of musical styles of the highest order. Black Holes and Revelations is deffinately the worthy sucessor of Absolution. Bold, though decisions have been made, it shows and it truly pays off. Muse are back and ready to dominate with what is deffinately the best album of this year. [10/10]

True, his voice is quite brilliant when he doesn't scream. Methinks I won't be too dissapointed if there isn't that much screaming on this album. I think Heafy actually said that he didn't want to scream as much anymore, because he knew it'd screw up his vocal chords in the future. Fair point tbh, the same has happened to many other bands. He's deffinately made a good move there. Triv are deffo awesome live! I saw them at Birmingham Academy in March and it was a bloody brilliant gig!

I tried Narbacular Drop and it just gave me a headache. Methinks Portal will be much better. Multiplayer Portal, eh? That could work quite well if done right. I can really imagine setting traps and sending other players falling to thier doom.

Okay, so I'm gonna sound like a total wuff, but I'm outta options atm and need advice. I have really stupidly thick hair, and I mean stupidly thick. Atm, I'm trying to grow it long and have become so annoyed with the big hair look that I've bought some hair straighteners. Anyways, I used them (after washing with hair straightening shampoo and spraying heat protection into it whilst it was damp then blow drying) but it still looks really big. What really annoyed me was the fact that I had a few colleagues laugh at me whilst I ws at work earlier. Someone recomended some serum, though someone else said that that prolly won't work. I'm running out of options here, so does anyone have advice? Thanks in advance if anyone can help....

Ty for the help folks, I'm deffo gonna go for the thinning out option. Though I don't know if I'll have time before I'm out, so I'll pick up some conditoner and book a hair apointment for within the next few days. Thanks again everyone! ^^ Thanks for the help! I heard this and read the script a while back. I think the fact that they opted for Anderson's script rather than Romero's totally sucks! This is one of the many reasons why I really hate the films... they could have been so much more if Romero had been at the helm.

Kool, ty. Most of my family moans at me and think I need my hair cut, anoys the hell outta me. ¬¬ It's a case of affording straighteners though. I got a lot of stuff happening this week, and the next few months. My bank account will prolly be overdrawn by the end of this week. Joys. ¬¬ I get paied a week on Thursday though, so might buy some then. Then you lot can see my new style. ^^
