  1. I was looking at the Fantastic Four Teaser thread and I though it would be a good idea to have a general trailer thread!

I though I would start with an interesting trailer for Jim Carrey's new film 'The Number 23'

    http://www.apple.com/trailers/newline/thenumber23/

I'm a sucker for these wierd films plus I like Jim Carrey's more serious role's, (Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind and The Truman Show to some extent!) What does everone else think? Look interesting?:hehe:

  2. Mabye an update? We can always hope....

Im just at the 3rd dungeon now, looks confusing so im exploring and messing around a bit. Despite what everyone is saying im really loving this. I think I'll have to wait a few years to compare it to OOT or MM. I absolutely loved all the horseback fighting and the bit where you protect the zora boy on the way to Kakariko! Castle Town is brilliant, really big. The cameras a bit annoying, but sure it was the same in OOT! I just wish you could look around in first person mode!

I don't think the game has the capacity to have updates:( !

Don't get me wrong I really enjoyed the game, HELL I spent just over 30 hours on it!:D I just think it lacks a bit of personality...:(

  3. Yeah, it was told by the shaman of Kakariko Village that everyone went to help the shop owner but it was too late and the villagers walked into a trap.

Again...Fine but it would at least make sense that in the over cowded metropolis that is Castle Town, where you can assume, because of the population, that living space is expensive and minimal, that they would at least take advantage of the freed up space in Kakariko village. The point is that there is no attempt to give an organic feel to the inhabitants of Hyrule!

    SPOILER!!!!

    Malos human form . . .

I just crapped myself laughing!

  4. Yes... all those people that got eaten by monsters... yes...

  5. I found it harder than Wind Waker, but still not particularly difficult. Then, how many games are that difficult these days? I get through a lot of games without dying.

Good point! At least it held my intreset, cos I have to admit the triforce quest in WW made me give up out of shear boredom!

  6. I just found it to easy, i died twice in the beginning fighting shadow beasts and trying to figure out the controls for wolf-link. Later I had to use two potions when fighting the sub-boss in the snow-dungeon. But overall, too easy, the bosses where cool and varied but still easy. Ganondorfs final phase was just like fighting a darknut. Or maybe i´m just too experienced as a Zelda-player I find it easy. Well, even Nintendo can´t please everyone to 100%...

Basically the same as me. Used potions in Snow dungeon cos I couldn't be arsed to look for hearts. I didn't die once. A bigger problem was that the dungeons were too easy. I loved the Water temple boss!

  7. I didn't even realise you could use the remote to attack as a wolf until halfway through the game, it's much better and easier just to use A.

I like the controls with the remote, the only thing that annoyed me was sometimes I went to do the shield-butt thing and it did the spin attack, but maybe I wasn't doing it right.

I didn't realise you could use the A button till near the end!:p

  8. I love the wiimote controls. I found it a little bit strange holding a Gamecube controller afterwards. With Zelda, I don't notice the movements I make half the time. I just do it. :)

Aiming is much easier. I love the sword fighting, too. It can be improved upon, so here's hoping that they improve it even more so in the next game.

I also love the way the speaker has been used. Hearing that classic Zelda jingle coming outta it...amazing, imo.

I agree completely (appart from when the nunchuck takes about 5 seconds to register my intentions of doing a spin attack:mad: !)

I also love the sound for the remote makes EXCEPT

really gets on my nerves! Its a shame you can't adjust the remote volume, at least from in game!
