  3. Fitness 2011

So I haven't really done any training since I quit the gym I was going to before in July. Life got so busy that I wasn't able to train at all. I trained for 2 days while in Florida but to be honest I've been off the training game for 2 months. I joined a new gym on Monday but haven't managed to get there yet but I'm hoping I'll be able to make it in tomorrow and sort out a new training plan.
  4. Buying a website

It should be more than enough. Wordpress takes up about 11MB installed without any plugins. To get the domain to talk to the server you update the names servers on the domain hosted at godaddy. So you would put something like ns1.tsohost.co.uk and n2s.tsohost.co.uk where specified in the control panel of GD. It's up to you if you want to make the domain private. The information that you enter for the domain can be found via whois info. You can also go with getting both through one provider. Usually you wouldn't want to give too much power to just one company in terms of your website especially if they screw things up but tsohost are awesome and I get on well with their support staff.
  5. It says i3 in the description. Edit: I see the dilemma. I just checked a review which states it is in fact an i3. Wanted to scratch my whole post. If I'm honest when looking for a new pc don't scratch out ebay. There are lots of reputable businesses selling on there. http://www.ebay.co.uk/sch/i.html?_nkw=desktop+pc+i7+gaming&_sacat=0&_dmpt=UK_Computing_DesktopPCs&_odkw=desktop+pc+i7&_osacat=0&_trksid=p3286.c0.m270.l1313
  6. Buying a website

It really depends on your budget. If I didn't have much to invest I would go for a .co.uk domain from 123 reg, 2 years costs £5.98 which goes up to £7 including vat. Freehostia offers 250MB of hosting for free with no ads: http://www.freehostia.com/index2.html This will allow you to run wordpress. If you are going for a portfolio site an off the shelf wordpress portfolio template will do. You could then either upload your images directly into wordpress or use a Flickr plugin et al to bring your images into the site. Alternatively you could go for the .com / .co.uk with hosting from tsohost which will give you more growing room in the future. The voucher code TENPERCENT is probably still valid. 10% off hosting costs for life. Currently for my own business I'm using the 123 reg and freehostia. I'll be moving back to Tsohost near launch. Good times If you need help send a PM.
  7. Buying a website

I personally feel 123 reg for .co.uk domains godaddy for .com domains. http://www.tsohost.co.uk for webhosting. If you want to run a site on a shoe string a 123 reg .co.uk domain name with hosting from freehostia.com will let you run a site with a yearly cost of £2.99 excl vat.

  20. England Riots

But in that game it was the government that incited all the violence and corruption and you just help them to suppress the people. Actually to begin with the police had been turning a blind eye to the riots. You might be on to something.
  21. England Riots

More lulz this time from reddit. A website to see if there will be a riot in your area. Wanted to update my post with a list of safe houses.
  22. England Riots

They had to close the Bletchley tesco store. All staff sent home. Aunt just told me me my cousin was locked in the store with the manager (had no lift) about 50 rioters total. 5 policemen and 1 helicopter showed up. People then dispersed.
  23. England Riots

Confirmed looting in my town. Also the petrol station had switched to night pay really early. I was actually a bit uncomfortable as I'm used to the petrol station being empty at this time of night but there were queues everywhere. (No looting going on there though)
  24. England Riots

Time to start making good on the looting. Someone has started selling their haul on craigslist:http://london.craigslist.co.uk/mob/2536072357.html
