Well... Enjoying is a bit of a strong word
  2. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

I'll see about these dungeons sometime, still messing about. The abundance of stuff is good, it's just a shame you've got to run miles between each thing Get into the Depths, you'll love it.
  3. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

My circle of L shoulder button commands is complete!
  4. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Here it is And another fine achievement..
  5. How much time you willing to invest? If enough, watch 'em all. Except Dragonball GT, which many people disliked and wasn't canon in following the manga, (I didn't think it was that bad to be honest), but Dragonball Super officially took over as the continuation of the series. Think like what Disney did to Star Wars by releasing their dogshit movies, except people were happier about GT being scrubbed.
  6. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

I did a great thing in a shrine where I had to make a plank and 4 wheels - this will not come as a spoiler to anyone - but instead I fused one wheel on either side to the wheel next to it, making for a great movement. I did record it so I'll post it later.
  7. The fuck?! Cut that shit out and hit hard!
  8. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

They'll be lucky if I go anything beyond a plank and 4 wheels! I may be wrong in this as it's early days, but I think the residence of Hyrule have been lazier than I gave them credit for... Question on horses: Who else got those Delfino vibes?
  9. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

    You don't like opal?
  10. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

    Not those kinds O_O
  11. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

so Hyrule is based on some broad who got plowed by some animal dude. Interesting...
  12. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Some thoughts after about 20 shrines and not a lot of main questing yet... Horses: spoiler free summary - it's still got a long way to go. No idea what these reviewers have been playing.
  13. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

DPD have said they missed me, and I don't think they attempted my neighbour, possibly because I didn't specify which one, despite living on a corner. They said they'd try again on Monday so I've shelled out a fiver to have it delivered tomorrow. Great new soundtrack in that video Ashley posted. I can see why it took so long with such dope jams.
  14. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

A little, but I'm tempering it. I'm hoping by going in nearly 100% blind I'll end up enjoying the magic more, and if I'm not exploring I worry the majority of my time will just be crafting weapons by sticking something heavy/large on a stick like object.
  15. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Resist. Mine is apparently coming between 2-3pm today, I'll be at work but have put it to deliver to neighbour if not in. So I'll knock on their door before I get to mine if I get the delivery email.
  16. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Will believe it when I have it in my hands. I trust not the words of these hacks! Can I get an amen.
  17. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Just got the dispatch email, fingers crossed for a today delivery as the wife is at home and can accept... wishful thinking perchance.
  18. I wouldn't say start immediately with Z, but if you're not willing to go balls deep and watch it all, I would cut the first. I have gone back to watch it as a prequel series type thing (as I started with Dragonball Z afternoons at 5pm on Cartoon Network), but have slipped away from it so haven't watched it all.
  19. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Mine was "in the warehouse" yesterday, so hoping for a dispatch today
  20. Hollow Knight: Silksong

Not even a "it'll probably be second half of 2023..." tease. So we all thinking 2024?
  21. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Fucker beat me to it. Not to be completely outdone I went trawling through other games... Minish Cap has Deepwood Shrine. Boom.
  22. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The bold bits are one of the reasons I've not watched any of the preview/"I've played 20 minutes"/trailer dissection videos, because it'll be full of needless speculation bullshit and unnecessary ejaculation, which would serve only to bring me up before the game inevitably will let me down. I remember watching first 10ish minutes of Breath of The Wild played out where you meet the old man, and the mystery made me go "oooh" and tingly, but it eventually faded away when it just became going to 4 points to do a thing (which after the first Divine Beast revealed it to be the same thing just 4 slightly different ways), with some small puzzles dotted around an even larger landscape devoid of much. I can see the fusion thing being fun for a bit also, I hope it doesn't rely too much on it, although depending on the weapon grab/durability opportunities I may have to. EDIT: @drahkon - how much do you feel the fusion rips off Banjo Kazooie Nuts and Bolts? Because making a hovercraft/car out of tat was the first thing that came to mind as soon as I saw it
  23. The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

Y'all gonna be flocking to the reviews to spoil even more?
