I may be interested in rejoining if there was a reset, although as of right now I'm just a bit fatigued by it all. As you say, I think giving it 2 or 3 seasons' notice before a reset may be a good idea. I think I'm in the same boat as you, I was against a reset when it was last proposed since my team were really starting to blossom. And yes, it is a huge deal to lose all of that progress, history, etc that you spent a lot of time working at. So I wouldn't blame anyone for being against a reset if they wanted to carry on with their existing team, I wouldn't want to force it on anyone.

Sign me up for the Raid on Tuesday! Iron Banner is also starting on Tuesday, so hopefully we can fly through the Raid and have enough time for some IB as a 6-man fireteam.
-
Put me down for the last spot and I'll try to get one of my alts level up by tomorrow. Willing to drop out however for someone who hasn't raided this week.

In addition to what Sheikah said, there are 3 quests that offer 310 Exotic weapons as rewards: -Exotic Swords - to unlock this quest I believe you need to fully level your legendary sword and infuse it to 280+ attack. Once you finish the quest chain, you receive a 310 Exotic sword. These are well worth getting, they do absurd amounts of damage and are extremely fun to use -The Black Spindle - an Exotic sniper rifle, currently dropping at 310 for now, but due to be nerfed to 290 at some point in the future. You need to wait for 'Lost to Light' to be the Daily Heroic Story mission and complete a secret quest during the mission (this is very tough and will require a 3 man fireteam to complete) -Touch of Malice - this is a 310 Exotic scout rifle that drops after completing a very long chain of quests, part of which includes beating the Raid Would highly recommend you doing the Raid, Rummy. It is the best content the game has to offer.

Missed out this week as well, so would love to get involved in another Raid with everyone.
-
I still need the Black Spindle! I'll try to be home from work just after 5.

I'm away on Friday and Saturday, but willing to support any other days this week if you need a sub. Also willing to help out in a 2nd Raid group for those who haven't done it before. I realise some of you want to do it blind however, so if you choose to have me I can keep quiet and not spoil anything.

I'll be on this afternoon. I've got a couple of Antiquated Runes but no Stolen ones, so I will need to grind some Tier 1 bosses first.
-
Any chance we could do a bit earlier? I may have to drop off at 8 as I think my brother is inviting people round to watch the Rugby. If we haven't done it by then, @ReZourceman can take my spot if he's about.

Dan Dare and I did some raiding last night with an LFG group. We spent a fairly long time at the War Priest, but managed to get there in the end after a series of near-misses. Only spent a short amount of time on Golgoroth, but didn't really get anywhere before calling it a night. Really enjoying this Raid by the way. Put me down if possible.

After 15 seasons and over 3 years of Yellow Submarine, I've decided that this season will be my last. I've immensely enjoyed my time playing Xpert, but unfortunately I no longer have the desire that I once had. I would love to go out in style, maybe even add another championship to the collection. Would be a fitting swansong for the Mighty Yellows.

I may get an Xbone for this. Really liking what I've seen so far of the game. Like Charlie, I'm more interested in the competitive multiplayer side of things. I used to play the Halo 3 multiplayer religiously back in the day and got to a pretty high ranking. I had a large groups of friends who I played with which made it all the more fun. Unfortunately they really dropped the ball with Reach and most of my friends stopped playing. Halo 4 was a step in the right direction, but the player base was lacking and I didn't really have anyone to play with. If we can form an NE community like the one we have for Destiny, I can see this being a lot of fun.

Just want to echo other people's sentiment: The Taken King has exceeded my expectations immeasurably and it is everything that I could have hoped for. When you beat the final story mission in the main quest line, a big title screen pops up. I joked at the time that maybe those missions were just the prologue; turns out I wasn't far off. There is just so much to do, and what's more, it's all so much fun. And we haven't even touched the Raid yet (speaking of which, it's looking increasingly unlikely we'll be high enough light level by Friday - gotta keep grinding my way up).

Friday 8pm would be preferable for me too! I'm available most of the weekend, but rather do it sooner than later.
-
Thought I'd post some footage of some of the fun we had in Mayhem Clash at the weekend. Apologies in advance, I went full-on shotgun wanker in this match. Checking Destiny Tracker, apparently I am now in the Top 2000 for Best Game Score! Manage to wrangle "working from home" tomorrow, so should be online in the afternoon for some Taken King story missions.

I'm pretty sure the Trials stats are incorrect. The video for my Titan says that I have 9 Flawless Trials completions - when I think I've only been to the Lighthouse 6 times (I'm counting 6 adept weapons in my inventory). Perhaps it's counting all times I've reached 9 wins? Here's the video for my Titan: UNBOUND MATTFCO, THE UNCONQUERABLE Top 2% for Grenade kills. Makes sense, I am a Lightning Grenade fiend.

My current project ends on the 15th - perfect timing! Going to take the rest of the week off to play The Taken King. I would definitely be up for a Raid at the weekend. I know most people here have 3 characters so hopefully we can get multiple sessions going.

N-Europe Summer Meet Up 2015 - Saturday 15th August
Zell replied to Goron_3's topic in General Chit Chat
After everyone left on Sunday, I swear my hangover hit me all at once. Felt completely shattered. Many thanks to everyone who attended the meet this year and making it special. I have to admit that I was feeling extremely anxious on Friday morning, knowing that I was about to host 10 people from the internet for 2 days, but you are all a bunch of cool chaps and everything went pretty well in the end. It was great seeing some of you again and meeting others for the first time. It was a great weekend all round. Looking forward to next year's meet-up. Who knows, maybe I'll host people again? We'll see. -
Still trying to wrap my head around how I am still in this title race. I have been very average all season. I think Caltech are favourites. If they can get a result against Lylat then the title should be theirs.
-
Cool, I'll be on around half 8.

Xur is selling Gjallarhorn. @Sheikah @Eddage @WhoeverNeverGotOne I would probably pass over it, why would you want to waste your Exotic slot on a heavy?

N-Europe Summer Meet Up 2015 - Saturday 15th August
Zell replied to Goron_3's topic in General Chit Chat
So just to clarify, I have the following people staying over this weekend: @Dannyboy\-the\-Dane @Mr\-Paul - I am more than happy for my Islington homies to come round tomorrow night to hang out (will PM you the deets), but I cannot promise you a place to sleep. You may be able to depending on how much floor space is left, but I don't want to make it any more uncomfortable than it has to be, not only for me but for the other people I am hosting. Hope you understand. I know most of you probably realise this, but my place isn't exactly the Ritz. At least 2 people will be sleeping on the floor each night. So prepare for some discomfort. Having said all that, getting hyped about meeting you all again (and some of you for the first time). Bring booze, controllers, games etc and we will have an awesome time. -

I should point out at this stage that the meet is actually happening in Hyde Park and not my house. :p Bring it bruv, I don't have a copy of Nintendo Land. -
Regardless of how she behaved, you should not have reacted like that. For whatever reason, it seems like she was trying to provoke you and she succeeded. You need to remain professional at all times man. Keep calm and don't stoop to her level. Whenever you need to raise these types of issues to a manager, make sure it's written and dated, preferably over email if possible. You said that you brought your concerns to your manager on numerous occasions, how did you go about this? You can't document verbal meetings, so there's no evidence that you met with your manager at all. What I'm basically trying to say is that you need to focus on the things that you can personally control and not let her get to you. Unless her behaviour becomes so disruptive that it affects your performance, her problems should not become your problems. Also, sorry for being a pedant, but it's "who" not "whom" for pretty much every whom in your post.

Would be up for doing Hard Mode Crota again. Thursday would be a good day for me since I will probably be working from home anyway due the Tube strike. Apart from that my next best day would be Sunday.
